It's not the same thing but it may as well be... BMR going private is just a regulatory and legal buffer between BMR's unknown liabilities and JLP's operating desires.

Besides going private will be the best thing for investors.. If it does relist, it won't open higher on it's February close that's for sure..

Since the last market close, assets have been sold and capital has gone out the door to Blue Square whilst debt has increased.. Not great trading fundamentals is it?

Not just the main creditor but also the single biggest shareholder too.

JLP being the main creditor, would have first call over the assets ie enviro & Star Zinc

Clearly JLP would have to pay any taxes or other creditors, but that would be a small price to pay for Enviro/Kabwe assets.

From the BMR Nomad resignation RNS of July 2nd

BMR is in advanced discussions with an alternative Nominated Adviser and will make a further announcement in this regard in due course.

If (i) a replacement Nominated Adviser is not appointed within one month or (ii) the Companies securities are not re-admitted to AIM by 7 August 2018, the admission of the Company's securities to trading on AIM will be cancelled.

How long is a month.. 28 days, 30 days or a calendar month or business days only?

BMR might in fact actually be delisted bar the actual regulatory confirmation

BMR have until 07-08-18 to re admit to aim so you can't possibly know that you are right about anything until that date has passed

according to bringmyreward news is due this Friday coming. He seems to know an awful lot about BMR which boarders on insider information, especially compared to you who knows nothing LOLsss

If you mean the same bloke that correctly stated that BMR would never get relisted, never get a placing and would lose the benefaction of Kabwe to JLP and GLR then you are correct.

Put please prey tell, how has Paddwah been incorrect? He even quoted that Bring My Reward and Vinginger where trying to ramp an insidious exit strategy and they would disappear as soon as they realised the game was up.

By all means go and check that board and see the raft of LTH's bemoaning their contributions in their now hasty absence, like rats on a sinking ship.

Paddwah was right, everything he said, has happened and you can't even offer an counter argument as to how BMR going private would be bad for JLP.

you're a bigger loser than your deficit holding here. You won't be able to quote one thing that Paddwah said as being baseless or incorrect, because he told you everything that would happen way back in March which has been proved right by the total non fruition of of Alex's claims and promises.

That must have been someone else selling off the assets to pay secret creditors then.

BMR was over way back in when people called it in March. BMR is over for the trader, the LTH who bought as fire and forget might profit after a few years of being private but the majority of PI' who are speculators have lost everything. Simple as that.

Nothing is happening apart from going private so they can continue to service their liabilities until the closet has been fully emptied of Skeletons.
