Re-instatement of Kabwe Mining Licence

BMR notes the announcement by Jubilee Metals Group PLC regarding the re-instatement of BMR's Small Scale Mining Licence 7081-HQ-SML. The licence has indeed been re-instated albeit with conditions attached. BMR is in the process of clarifying these conditions whereupon it will make a fuller announcement.

For a company saving RNS it seems a little doubtful?

Have JLP got more of the pie, or are they even going to take over kabwe all together?

A little more democratic than our first past the post.

If the case for a federal Europe was pushed more vocally, the EU sceptic vote would increase dramatically in the UK, possibly another reason why it isn't making more headlines. There is nothing long term for the UK to gain by being in the EU. Yes with the EU we don't need politicians as it is a massive non-democratic bureaucracy.

The EU is not allowing the extension of a transition period beyond 31/12/2020 which we were pushing for.

Well we beg to differ. Italy's biggest party is anti EU, but they have already stated that they are not stupid enough to push towards an exit strategy. A Federal Europe, there is a goal. Just think we could ditch our bungling politicians and enjoy an EU political and economic agenda, a panacea.

Fireball no problem with trading ala EEC but we never asked for where we have found ourselves now.

Europe's only hope of being saved is to become a federation that would never include the UK and we would still have to accept their legislation whilst having no say in its passing. The official opposition in Germany is anti EU. Italys biggest party is now anti EU. There are far more countries that export to the EU under wt rules than the UK does. It's the biggest con going and we need to be out. Why do you think the EU are pushing the transition period out - in the vain hope or retaining the UK. When the UK goes its a deck of cards and they know it.

Both Germany and Italy now have powerful official opposition groups anti EU, more countries are creaking under debt mountains, best leave before the tinderbox catches fire, sooner rather than later. It's not just about losing a bit of advantageous trading.

JLP won't be taking over anything, they had their chance to buy BMR but that ship has sailed.

Jlp will eventually take over kabwe. So your not stuffed you will be bought out.

IF they don't get the license back then obviously you are stuffed. And jlp take a hit on what they have spent.

That is unless JLP are using these meetings with the zim's to their advantage by hinting they could take over the license

Nothing has changed then lol. Lots of positive spin and a rebuke for some, hope they have the ammunition to sustain the attack and win. They raised cash in the 2nd half.

yes, but they have 'shareholders interested in investing more money' - sounds like another placing lined up should the licence be restored.

Better start selling those Jubilee shares then. It's a shame they will fall even further as a result.

BMR wouldn't go bust in a hurry, they could keep the lights on for a very long time by selling Jubilee shares.
