03/8/2018 17:17 | . . NEX Exchange, formally PLUS Markets Look no further for your alternative trading platform. . . | bullster
03/8/2018 15:34 | A glimmer of hope nothing more: The Directors acknowledge that the Company was delisted from AIM today and are particularly disappointed having made significant advances in recent months with Jubilee Metals Group Plc ("Jubilee") on the Kabwe project and in securing a prospective new nomad who recently visited the Kabwe project. As announced by Jubilee today, BMR and Jubilee have entered into discussions under which Jubilee has offered to fully fund the completion of the Kabwe project against an immediate fixed dilution of BMR's interest in the Kabwe project. The Directors are pursuing a number of options in order to maximise value for shareholders including seeking an alternative trading platform for the Company's shares with the full support of Jubilee, its 29% shareholder. Shareholders will be kept informed of further developments through the Company's website www.bmrplc.com. | fireplace22
03/8/2018 12:45 | Thanks sleveen | greyseal
03/8/2018 12:33 | Greyseal "once they have been de-listed, do the Shares still sit in my portfolio, albeit at a nil or nominal value? If BMR were then to re-list, would my Shares be recognised?" Yes to both questions. | sleveen
03/8/2018 12:24 | Do holders here generally have their shares in trading nominee accounts or in their own name? Thanks | greyseal
03/8/2018 11:46 | You are right there poom!! An update of some description could surely be posted on the BMR web site. What capacity can they act in? Can we take some notable action? I see that BMR Watch will probably be resurrected. | fireball xl5
03/8/2018 11:22 | Nothing is over until the ...... Looks like another deadline change to the end of September before anyone knows what the project parameters will be. Until then all will have to hold their breath. I suggest that no countenance is given to those who know nothing about the future relationship that JLP and BMR develop because we know exactly that, nothing. | fireball xl5
03/8/2018 08:32 | i think BMR will get some sort of carry, JLP fully funding for an immediate agreement on % split. | the bull
03/8/2018 07:41 | So JLP will end up with the lions share of kabwe. How do you like then apples krypton | deme1
03/8/2018 07:18 | hope the BMR shareholders can get something back.. Fire-shouldn't stop the company updating there website. | yes yes
03/8/2018 07:13 | poombear, without a Nomad I don't think its possible for the co to RNS. | fireplace22
03/8/2018 07:06 | I had this once before with VSA, which like BMR I held in an ISA nominee. The shares were no longer allowed in the ISA and I was issued a paper share certificate. It was different in my SIPP, where the delisted shares just stayed in the Sipp. Not sure if that was a provider regulation or a difference between ISA and SiPP? Seems like holders have been completely abandoned by BMR, not a whisper. | poombear
03/8/2018 07:00 | Disagree Sleveen, Krypton is a clueless idiot and has been a toxic commentator to those distributing the truth. I'm actually pretty pleased what's been predicted has come to fruition whilst burning him in the progress. If he wants tea and sympathy then he needs to give his mum a call | plat hunter
03/8/2018 06:56 | Another one down the pan | janekane
03/8/2018 06:27 | As my shares, probably like most others, are in a Nominee Account, once they have been de-listed, do the Shares still sit in my portfolio, albeit at a nil or nominal value? If BMR were then to re-list, would my Shares be recognised? Thanks | greyseal
03/8/2018 06:23 | deme1 that's a bit harsh. Whilst Krypto was a bit of a pain, no one deserves to lose money due to circumstances like this. Fortunately JLP are well financed and perhaps, once Kabwe is running at steady state, BMR will relist. Fingers crossed for BMR holders. | sleveen
02/8/2018 23:08 | When a nomad resigns its always a very bad sign. Usually followed by "we are in advanced discussions with another nomad". Then this. Shareholders normally screwed unless your close to management and are allowed to put in some equity to keep your stake alive. Hope the same doesn't happen with JLP | the bull
02/8/2018 22:59 | Never mind krypton Better luck next time lolssssssss | deme1
02/8/2018 19:09 | You're shares will still exist, they just won't be able to be traded on a public exchange. For the purpose of the nominee account, the administrator will assign them a notional value but the true value will be whatever you can sell them for privately. Some stock brokers offer a private share dealing service and will broker shareholder event s where they can match buyer s and sellers privately. It's a pain in the ares as it's all Stock Transfer Forms and custodians, so they'll want enough interest from enough people to establish a one off closed auction. I sold some shares of an invest me nt company this way, years ago and it's very long winded but can still be done. When I took part it was organised by Charles Stanley | plat hunter
02/8/2018 18:41 | Hopefully this can still be sorted but if BMR do delist, what happens to shares held in a Nominee Account? | greyseal
02/8/2018 17:46 | BMR AIM listing cancelled? Bit of a strange notice. | sleveen |
