Possibly a book build, or it may have been negotiated with certain interested parties that wished to invest further.

Jubilee can subscribe, possibly up to a 3rd of subscription shares.

So any idea how long this placing will take, to allow restoration? I suppose there will be a book building process, and it depends how quickly demand appears. Or arm twisting, as the case may be. Maybe JLP will subscribe, is that possible?

Our good fortune poom. Luckily all the ducks lined up, just think if they were in the wildernesses when the curveball was thrown, ACI supporting from a pocketless distance. AB and team JLP served to reinstatement.

Perish the thought if we had had to crawl off into the sunset with Ester remotely by our side.

Luck that events took place in the right order.

We know this BoD can do nothing by design, it just falls out of necessity.

Hm, the offer price before suspension was 2.00p with buys going through around the 1.90p mark I see...what would be the odds we could still get them below 2p once suspension is lifted, I wonder?

Subscription shares @3p with warrants @5p would suggest they expect relisting within that share price range.
Don't suppose we'll be offered any

raising money via share issue for projects is one thing,

raising money via share issue for working capital is another.

Maybe it is JLP who is taking up the options ;)

In light of the re-instatement of the Kabwe Licence, the Directors anticipate announcing shortly a subscription of GBP1.0 million for 33,333,333 new ordinary shares at 3 pence per share together with warrants over a further 33,333,333 new ordinary shares exercisable at 5 pence per share for six months thereafter, whereupon BMR will apply for trading in its shares on AIM to be restored. The Directors intend that these subscription proceeds will be used primarily for working capital purposes

Your BOD have yet to issue their own rns on the licence just copying JLP's.
Its your licence at the day (or is it)

is there more detail to the conditions that your BOD are trying to get their head around?

Possibly a BOD reshuffle?
