11/6/2018 09:00 | Like I have said to krypton. Why on earth would JLP want to build a pilot plant!. They know their stuff and are not holding on by the skin of their teeth. 75-25 in JLP's favour when kabwe starts producing. | deme1
11/6/2018 08:27 | Doesn't mention the number placed. Would I be right in thinking about 25m shares @2.6p £600k? | poombear
11/6/2018 08:27 | That's the thing. JLP's shares get snapped up by II's and we are yet to hear about the 3p placing that BMR is trying to get. Krypton - I'm still shocked how you think a suspended company that has just used it's only credit line is in a better position than JLP. Took about a week or so to find a home for the JLP shares. How many months for the BMR placing? | deme1
11/6/2018 07:42 | Placement of BMR Shares fully executed | kwizza
08/6/2018 17:56 | Dear deme, I guess you can dream if you want but Jubilee won't be getting anymore of Kabwe. It's good that Jubilee shares can be traded as BMR has over 60 million shares to dump over the next 6 months. I wouldn't be surprised if Jubilee have another placing themselves to top up their working capital. If that's not bad enough wait until BMR is back to trading, you'll have people dumping Jubilee to buy BMR when they realise which one is the more undervalued stock. LOLsss | kryptonsnake
08/6/2018 16:04 | At least we can buy and sell shares in JLP. And we are not raising money for working capital Nor do we need to pay half a mil for our own licence that truly is a load of LOL'sssss 25/75 split in favour of jlp on kabwe by the time of production. And count yourself lucky you will be getting the 25% | deme1
07/6/2018 16:18 | Slither is still around LOLsss. Not sure where my mate Smelly is. He's possibly in a straight jacket, sat in a white room after being driven mad by holding BMR shares. Good post red rook, I think you are spot on there. The poor suckers over at Jubilee are buying up shares around 2.6 but I reckon a placing is on it's way and it'll be in the low 2's LOLsss | kryptonsnake
07/6/2018 14:17 | This BB has been really quiet ! Where have the three S's - Smelly, Slither and Sparky - gone to ? Put on your tin hats and come out from wherever you are. Just to add my two pence worth: Regarding Borrelli - I think that I have made my opinions clear regarding his incompetence in previous posts, so I will not comment further. Regarding the recent BMR/JLP RNS - Contrary to some opinions, the role of JLP and in particular Leon Coetzer should provide some reassurance to BMR holders. Also, the fact that Leon Coetzer has been obviously aware of the agreement with Blue Square, and must have sanctioned it. Also, I think that since JLP's intentions are to also pursue other projects in Zambia they would regard the assistance of a resident Mr FixIt to their advantage. I think that any company working in Africa needs a Mr FixIt to help sort out issues/problems that will inevitably arise at the local and governmental level. Kwalela Lamaswala is their Mr FixIt, NOT his son Michael Lamaswala (the pastor). Kwalela Lamaswala is described as the Resident Director at First Quantum Minerals LTD. In other words he has been First Quantum's Zambian Mr FixIt. His past record shows that this is credible, and that he has high level contacts within the Mining Ministry and the President's office. BMR are paying an initial $500K for 'services' provided and they are effectively keeping him on a retainer for the next six months at $50K/mth. I suspect that Mr Lamaswala's assistance is not to be limited with only retaining the license, but also to assist in fast tracking the upgrade of the plant with the lead and vanadium circuits. If this assistance is what is needed then its a price worth paying. The company will be in a far stronger position once these issues are sorted. | red rook
07/6/2018 09:43 | Bully, but what help? and at what cost? you can only pay "to influence" so many times before you realise they are just taking your money, emptying BMR cash into others pockets before selling off for peanuts. | wiggle1
05/6/2018 19:58 | Shady dealings indeed but currently AB needs all the help he can get to keep us on-side with Z Govt and JLP! Only time will tell if the half a million quid was worth whatever influence the Blue Square guys have. Just a shame there was no information about this deal before today. Maybe Alex didn't see the invoice until yesterday! | juzzer100
05/6/2018 15:01 | There was the option of not getting the help, i wonder what would have happened then | the bull
05/6/2018 06:58 | Yup, found another bunch of very suspicious individuals to "pay" for services not provided. It would be interested to see who were board members, or friends of board members....... | wiggle1
04/6/2018 12:31 | Yup, we've been raped and pillaged !!! taken care of themselves with back handers and bungs, bunch of shysters the lot of them !! | wiggle1
04/6/2018 06:42 | This company is pants. Everyone should have money in Seeing Machines. | poombear
04/6/2018 06:41 | Anything left - Some tailings? | fireplace22
04/6/2018 06:41 | Galileo RNS out also re update on Star Zinc | kwizza
04/6/2018 06:41 | Ostensibly they secured our licence which should never have been removed in the first place for a fee approaching a million. | fireplace22
04/6/2018 06:39 | will we have anything left ? | kwizza
04/6/2018 06:30 | Hmmm needs some digging, it would have been preferable to have used buckets and spades at Kabwe. | fireball xl5
04/6/2018 06:27 | RNS out. Not clear what this company Blue Square actualy did to earn this vast sum (for BMR) . They appear to be Travel consultants. | unabkxb
02/5/2018 07:22 | Yes I’d concur with that. Even an acid plant to secure supply as we have a base material. | fireball xl5
02/5/2018 07:20 | Presentation by Jubilee soon to the ZG probably assuring them of bigger tax receipts if they could extend the deadlines a little. Delay(and further costs) may be due to the new plant encompassing Star zinc and or a V loop or maybe just bigger than originaly designed? | fireplace22
02/5/2018 07:14 | So looks like a Final Investment Decision by 14 June but reading between the lines that means we won't be able comply with the timetable agreed for the reinstatement of the licence. As for ACI - smacks of what they call in Nigeria "advanced fee fraud" where payment is taken upfront for services that are never delivered. | unabkxb |
