I think one of you has a website/platform already to do this?

I think if you get 10% you can call an EGM and propose it

Fireball, equally sorry.

The alternative though, if we are to consider and accept BMR's cash position was to go bump, lose the licence and everything. This way, over the life time of the project and providing the numbers bantered around by BMR are accurate, you will at least see your money back eventually.

Fireball, very saddened to hear that.

Violated poom? and seemingly an engineered one at that. Funny how delisting is quickly followed by the loss of our stockpiles in Enviro Mining and pretty much everything else. A lot has changed since that 1st JV agreement. Well he has the JLP shares to live on. What a shafting he has dealt out and most of my pension fund gone. What a fool I was to believe we were on moral high ground cleaning up Kabwe.

Banking L, I do feel for you guys, but as you say, if the numbers are correct, a 12.5% or 10% share should do something good to the market cap. However, do you want the current CEO in charge. Its bottom draw stuff now but you want someone you can trust to be looking out for your diminished investments. Best bet, get a shareholder on board if you can raise enough % to force it.

Yes, They still own 15% of the star zinc project. That particular project is likely to piggy back onto the Kabwe plant, so an additional project with minimal costs.

I think in the long run and on a market cap basis. GLR is the likely winner out of this KABWE circus

What about the STAR resource further south . Do BMR still own that ?

I get if it's a much bigger plant that 12.5% could be a nice income stream. I just don't know whether BMR will be around to collect their %.

As bad as deal it may sounds. If the numbers and metal grades touted around are accurate. Then 2:1 eps over the lifetime of the project isn't as bad as going bust, which is probably where bmr would be

Absolutely torn every BMR shareholder a new one. There can't still be people out there who want to defend him? Maybe with the exception JLP shareholders.

I've lost a small fortune and know others who have invested multiples of what I have. Can anything be done? Do we believe Borrelli is genuinely looking for another market to relist? The man has proved himself a most prolific liar.

Krypton...

Just to remind you...

Statement of capital following an allotment of shares on 19 January 2018
GBP 22,733,943.633

They burned through 22 million of your money to never build a plant that only cost 3 million.

that's got to hurt

Lol Kyrpton,

BMR is not a listed company anywhere, in case you missed it they got booted from AIM.

BMR is however a registered company in England & Wales if that's what you mean but then again, not for long> They haven't even filed there confirmation statement but I guess you knew that already being such a clued up guy with your finger on the pulse.

Tell me, how long will it be until they are struck off companies house for non filing?

Sleeven,

The same could be said for Jubilee 6p to 2p? Where's the shareholder value?

They were plenty of warnings,

Like thinking a 5Tph plant was big enough for 360 million tons lol
RNS release claiming construction work that was never ever started
JV agreement with GLR that transferred the ownership of the tailings away from BMR
Suspending trading due to financial situation

There's literally an index of warning signs that any investor with half a brain would have claimed discrimination of a minority shareholder, pursuant to the smaller companies act.

But now it's all too late, any action they must try and muster will be through the zambian legal system, I wish them luck with that

Didn't the fall from 8p tell BMR investors that all was not well in the state of BMR?

What's the due diligence here..

Who's behind it, what's the plan, what if the action stops the deal and BMR lose the licence then what, how will that help anyone?

Is it a retrospective action of vengeance or do people really think they can appoint their own CEO to work with JLP. Might the deal be done and dusted by that the time they can organise that.

This should have happened back in March, it's way too late now

Please can all those with a financial interest here consider signing up to BMR Watch, the group formed after MA’s misdemeanours or darn right criminal behaviour.

BMR Watch

BMR Watch needs you! With BMR de-listing from AIM, shareholders must come together to do what we can to protect what is left of our investment.
