fatgreek feel for your loss this has been a con of massive proportions. Lots of directors taken money and most probably diamonds. If there is sufficient diamonds left no doubt teichman will get it free of charge from administration private investors will get nothing

Terrible news today, glad I have been out of this for a couple of years now. Market cap now just 0.49m! Priced to go (and highly likely) to go bust or be bought for a nominal £1 sum imho. I cannot see how it is currently still trading.

Oh dear. Seems that they are going to replace the dreadful death spiral finance with even more dreadful death spiral finance. Wonder how that will work out?

You can already tell the playbook. Even more death spiral finance to come while the boiler room offload that onto the gullible with tales of “its cheap”. Going to sink to below 2p IMO and then probably taken private or put out of its misery before a new entity magically rises from the ashes, or those holding the death spiral have first dibs when it dies.

And no it’s not a retrospect-o-scope as I called this overvalued pish out #1746 if you want to check

Didn’t realise you were in here, as here when they first started under old directors but deposit just didn’t look good enough then.

Money raised its going straight back to teichman.

Definitely think they not been declaring all the diamonds and don’t forget that Houston has an interest in teichman.

They will hold over 50% so taking it private will be easy.

I'm not sure that's the case Graham, but with the CLN sitting on the horizon I can't see much value left for shareholders whichever way it goes.

So in essence they have not declared all the diamonds, Teichman can now take over the mine for a song and take it private. Nothing left for shareholders

Read the previous announcement. There have been thefts so possibly covering their ass. They say they haven't affected the revenue but at a guess its a cover up.

Not saying happens so in now way is that what I am insinuating here but let us say company digs for a precious item, diamond, gold whatever and sets up a business in that country under another name. It isn't like the uk or eu where links maybe easy to establish between people of a circle of associates.Funnels the precious stuff through there not declaring all where they should in effect stealing goods and selling elsewhere to generate funds to then slowly acquire the company that has been using shareholder funds to take it to the next level and then that firm which was built on missing precious stuff buys the business and has a lovely biz built on shareholders to go on into the sunset.Do checks and balances exist to prevent this as again this isn't what I am saying happens here in any shape or form but I just have a random question I wanted to ask about checks and balances.

Indeed ... It is expected that the SLN will be redeemed for ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 7 pence per share ...
