27/2/2023 12:03 | THE END Hopefully private investors got out of this in time. Will no doubt be bought for 1p by you know who. | grahamwales
17/1/2023 16:42 | There was a poster on LSE that had invested hundreds of thousands in this hope they got out with at least something. | grahamwales
17/1/2023 16:41 | fatgreek feel for your loss this has been a con of massive proportions. Lots of directors taken money and most probably diamonds. If there is sufficient diamonds left no doubt teichman will get it free of charge from administration private investors will get nothing | grahamwales
17/1/2023 16:21 | I lost a fortune here.Remember their names.Never let them back on the AIM | fatgreek
17/1/2023 11:20 | And the following is ominous..."Mr Leslie notified his intention to present a winding-up petition should the amount outstanding on the Loan Note not be settled by 13th January 2023. BRD has written to Mr Leslie's solicitor seeking further discussions and is waiting for a response." | sicilian_kan
17/1/2023 11:16 | Money owed now increased from 55m ZAR to 74M ZAR... | zen12
17/1/2023 11:14 | Terrible news today, glad I have been out of this for a couple of years now. Market cap now just 0.49m! Priced to go (and highly likely) to go bust or be bought for a nominal £1 sum imho. I cannot see how it is currently still trading. | sicilian_kan
29/10/2022 04:58 | Just checking in on how the boiler room rampers are doing on this overvalued lifestyle corrupt pish. 130p to 5p in less than 3 years huh. Oh dear. Seems that they are going to replace the dreadful death spiral finance with even more dreadful death spiral finance. Wonder how that will work out? You can already tell the playbook. Even more death spiral finance to come while the boiler room offload that onto the gullible with tales of “its cheap”. Going to sink to below 2p IMO and then probably taken private or put out of its misery before a new entity magically rises from the ashes, or those holding the death spiral have first dibs when it dies. And no it’s not a retrospect-o-scope as I called this overvalued pish out #1746 if you want to check | terminator101
07/9/2022 12:43 | Won’t be long before they take it private. One big con but no one will ever know. | grahamwales
07/9/2022 06:51 | Half-year report is out - Operating loss of GBP783,000 | livewireplus
04/8/2022 07:51 | Also sounds like they are going to stop the rain from falling. Good luck with that one 😂😂 | grahamwales
04/8/2022 07:50 | More blah blah blah from Houston. How much debt are they going to be in with Teichman. They will end up having the mine for zero cost. | grahamwales
12/7/2022 09:59 | I say it quickly gets back up to 20p | bigginge1
11/7/2022 15:55 | Just a matter of time now before they take this private. Diamond grade poor due to better ending up on the black market. | grahamwales
09/7/2022 09:55 | Well i took a moderate few at 7.5 now lets see what happens here. Might be the quickest bag this year | bigginge1
07/7/2022 20:23 | Got to be worth a little punt at the placing price. They are going to want to sell those loan notes higher than this | bigginge1
05/7/2022 18:34 | Vatnabrekk Didn’t realise you were in here, as here when they first started under old directors but deposit just didn’t look good enough then. Money raised its going straight back to teichman. Definitely think they not been declaring all the diamonds and don’t forget that Houston has an interest in teichman. They will hold over 50% so taking it private will be easy. | grahamwales
05/7/2022 18:26 | I'm not sure that's the case Graham, but with the CLN sitting on the horizon I can't see much value left for shareholders whichever way it goes. | vatnabrekk
05/7/2022 18:13 | So in essence they have not declared all the diamonds, Teichman can now take over the mine for a song and take it private. Nothing left for shareholders The End | grahamwales
05/7/2022 18:10 | Read the previous announcement. There have been thefts so possibly covering their ass. They say they haven't affected the revenue but at a guess its a cover up. | grahamwales
05/7/2022 14:08 | Not saying happens so in now way is that what I am insinuating here but let us say company digs for a precious item, diamond, gold whatever and sets up a business in that country under another name. It isn't like the uk or eu where links maybe easy to establish between people of a circle of associates.Funnels the precious stuff through there not declaring all where they should in effect stealing goods and selling elsewhere to generate funds to then slowly acquire the company that has been using shareholder funds to take it to the next level and then that firm which was built on missing precious stuff buys the business and has a lovely biz built on shareholders to go on into the sunset.Do checks and balances exist to prevent this as again this isn't what I am saying happens here in any shape or form but I just have a random question I wanted to ask about checks and balances. | fatgreek
05/7/2022 13:27 | Indeed ... It is expected that the SLN will be redeemed for ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 7 pence per share ... | livewireplus |
