My main concern now is not the actual operations, it's what kind of finance arrangement are they going to end up with. Is it likely to be a death-spiral CLN?

Doesn't say how much material was mined. They should shut the place down as its never going to make a profit just salary for the directors.

Lack of control.


During January 2022, management at the Kareevlei mine identified a theft of concentrate from the new plant. Management have conducted a full investigation and have passed the case onto the South African police force. At the time of the theft the new plant was being commissioned and subsequently more robust physical security controls have been put in place. Management have considered the impact of the theft on the financial statements and considering all information available, do not consider that the theft has had a material impact on the financial statements

Final results out. Due to 5 months of rain then Loan Note and debt funding facility required to be finalised before going concern statement can be confirmed.

May as well do a massive dilutionary placing at 10p or less, fill the coffers make an 18 month commitment to shareholders, stick to it and back it up with results. Sooner or later Russian diamonds will be sanctioned which is over 30% of the worlds supply. I'm not invested here currently but have my sights on 8p, which sounds ambitious but the danger is if they go down the CLN route there is no bottom
