While we're all excited and impatient, we don't have much choice ultimately apart from to trust that the management of our company know what they're doing - or sell up. The management are clearly experienced, not fraudsters like so many on AIM, and are focused on doing their best, however there is still a clear possibility of things turning to sh*t, BIRD is still a risky microcap at this stage. We should know in the coming 3-6 months whether we're heros or zeros. As someone famous said long ago, 'alea iacta est'.

I think the Product has to be the media attention, not IM

I will try it at the weekend...

Questions:

1. Is there any kind of AI Bot to ask a question to, and get some help?

2. Is there some kind of FAQ to assist with solving basic issues?

3. Has anyone used the Support yet? ..is there some AI assistance before sending a question directly ?

John

No we are in development which has now opened up to more 'testers' I guess many testers will become customers when the paid for version is available.

I imagine what you could call business development comes later but we have to build a base of early users who realises there is more to come.
Hitting the wider market at this stage is probably jumping too fast.

Any acquisition has nothing to do with us that's a US Corporate board decision are we a sitting duck pre revenue or can we be left alone to build the Figma of video editing?
The biggest upside is if we are left alone and once revenue kicks in we can afford to be left alone!

Focus on the product/ platform,

NickB, are you suggesting that what we are doing is not building a client base from which to grow but testing the key aspects of the implementation prior to acquisition so a fully sorted product can be marketed by a major?

Having closed the elevate.io page that I was testing, I now can't get back into my account. I entered the correct email and password and the following message comes up...

"The provided credentials are invalid. Check for spelling mistakes in your password or username, email address or phone number."

There is a "Recover your account" link, which purports to send a Recovery Code to your email address. But no email came.

Annoying.

Ian did an interview a few weeks back I am not sure he can add much.

I think you should see this new phase as an engineering exercise to get a lot more users hitting the servers, I'm not sure its about customer building in a business sense.
They have to get this right, they do know what they are doing.

Im still playing and we are defiantly onto something big here and we are only seeing a glimpse.

I don’t think we will see any interviews from IM until general release. It makes sense they will do it then, there is no cost and it gets more heads looking at it.
