Apparently the MP4 file I sent had a frame rate reporting as slightly unusual??
The development team are investigating.
It was taken on an iPhone using the usual camera app...but at minus 20 Farenheit in Alaska...perhaps it shrank :)
Anyway, they fixed it ☺

MP4 doesn’t support Alpha
PNG does

What you want is coming and you will want the paid version for a lot of it I imagine.

What you need to look at is the architecture and see where this is heading.

Try sharing your project
Do the same with Premiere

I'm not sure you can export mp4 with alpha though?

and I can't see it accepting image sequences?

so I'm guessing you'd render out an mp4 of your snazzy animated text on black, and switch it to screen?

the sluggish thing - yep that'll be bandwidth, or Chrome or both

Agree it needs more gfx support
There is Alpha channel support for PNG graphics.

ok, first impressions

it's better at previewing than premiere

CTRL + middle mouse scroll wheel zooms the timeline, which is cool

like the fades being done simply in the way that it does

it's missing a few things though - keyframes (can't rostrum a still), change or reverse speed, set a duration (unless I'm missing something), no photoshop transfer modes, just linear doge/add or screen would do, so you could overlay text etc

it would be good to be able to copy and paste stuff, attributes, fades, colour corrections etc otherwise you have to do them for each clip

seems sluggish on my pc but this could be Chrome, which I gave up on and switched to DuckDuckGo

Most of us are not looking for a 'quick winner'. Hence we are not traders like you. Nothing wrong if that's your game but it won't work here.

No swhortsqueezer, just that they are in a very different situation to most holders of the stock, and if things don't go as they and all those positive here would like, they have an option while still drawing a salary.

The views on the thread are pretty mixed and for some weeks I was hoping to hear really positive things about this launch but I do not feel that those far more skilled and knowledgeable than I, are really saying this is going to be a quick winner and bring in a huge amount of revenue quickly.

If it does not, then what next and will it ever make a profit or will they go down another road and need a lot more funding?

The burn rate will increase as it is launched I guess as more support will be required imo.

And has a habit of ruining threads like he did those.

I assume he went premium to avoid being moderated everywhere.

Sounds like a mixed bag of views on here now. Each and every day, it swallows your money but remember they all draw salaries, so even if the share slumps further they live in comfort and can always come back for more at 1p in the worst situation, if it goes that way.

there are a number of large stock photos on the website ( of no real use ) and , all in all... not a great deal of detail about the Product that they want me to sign up to...

It doesnt look that much more than a WordPress template site, with a basic amount of text added in

I just dont see the website as Pro enough for the Pros they are initially aiming at.... these Pros will already be using something ...this needs to entice them in... a photo of age old sliders ..wow !
