20/3/2024 01:36 | Sumit surely falls into the PDMRs threshold, which would mean the share issuer would have to report to the market within 2 or 3 business days any dealings which exceed over 5000 euros within a 12 month period. So it is strange this has not happened. We should have asked this question? How can Sumit not be a PDMRs? | ortegaworm
19/3/2024 23:21 | Thanks maybe he has to but I have never seen him declare Chief Product officer He is on the leadership team | nickb
19/3/2024 22:37 | Person with Direct Managerial Responsibility who need to declare shareholdings in the same way as Directors. Whether he is, or not, I don’t know. | johnveals
19/3/2024 22:34 | Amazon AWS media services has announced the BBC has transferred 100 years of their archives up to the Amazon Cloud Hopefully our sales team give them a call. What a great footage input plug-in to elevate.io | nickb
19/3/2024 22:30 | What is PDMR? | nickb
19/3/2024 21:33 | Sumit is PDMR surely? | johnveals
19/3/2024 20:09 | I'm going on a hunch guys and I could be wrong but I think anything could happen. ☺️ | jamesjmb
19/3/2024 19:57 | Certainly possible if my theory is wrong😂 | nickb
19/3/2024 19:41 | That is 100% what will happen. | bonio10000
19/3/2024 19:22 | I just hope it’s not a case of FYI it’s now live, see you in Sept and we will say yeah it’s going well, people are signing up. Think we deserve more than that | spoonmuff
19/3/2024 18:52 | Spoon Hardly a dilution I think it just helped a few influential people, definitely not your normal fundraising! If only we had the influential names😀 | nickb
19/3/2024 18:50 | If I was Sumit and if allowed it would have been the perfect time to add some shares | nickb
19/3/2024 18:49 | Nick but then surely they wouldn’t let it get diluted last month. Would love to know what Sumit and Mo value the business | spoonmuff
19/3/2024 18:46 | Sumit doesn’t have to declare bits. They have said multiple times that he has a share holding and I have never seen an RNS with his name buying. I personally think he has a big chunk (couple of million). Bonio I agree that those did help it get all the way up to 40p it I also think if they wanted to just for the sake or getting the share price up they could get it to 40p pretty quickly just by hyping up elevate with projected figures, interviews, exposure in many areas, big NAB stall but that isn’t their plan. But from a share price it has dropped for the loss of clients but more than anything it’s from 18 months of silence, no one even knows about us and or less your crazy like us you have moved on a while ago | spoonmuff
19/3/2024 18:37 | Shortsqeezer I imagine they could get a 10-15% stake at around 6p which would save them huge sums! $100-$200 million or more They would have to accumulate via different friendly associates to help hide their stake during the process, then bam massive transfer and declaration. Speculation of course but their has been huge volumes of shares moving around these last few months | nickb
19/3/2024 18:31 | ‘Can't be Sumit. That would have had to be declared.’ Why? He is not a company director, anyone know the rules? | nickb
19/3/2024 18:13 | But if a potential buyer wanted to purchase at the lowest possible price, spending a few hundred k to keep a lid on the share price would result in a massive saving at final purchase price ? | shortsqueezer
19/3/2024 18:11 | "it was 28p at placing for elevate so if you value that way it must be a failure as it’s dropped 75% since then." The 28p included significant value for the Enterprise business (coming off the back of wins like Eurovision, Univision, Blox (which was 80 channels then and not the 70 now), A&E extension, TATA etc.) and also the hope for both EVS to bring in significant income as well as multiple new PBB deals. Now all of these can be discounted as zero near term value. There is no reason to believe 28p was the value of Elevate per se or is relevant to the market's then value of it. | bonio10000
19/3/2024 18:08 | John it’s all relative, 40x current market cap because we have been in silent mode, the price is 6p, it was 28p at placing for elevate so if you value that way it must be a failure as it’s dropped 75% since then. If they wanted to they could do a big launch, price would shoot up to 50p and hen suddenly they are only buying at 10x mcap. The value is in the product they are buying, not the current mcap | spoonmuff
19/3/2024 17:54 | Can't be Sumit. That would have had to be declared. | horneblower
19/3/2024 16:47 | Influential buyers I believe I hope Sumit was one of them | nickb
19/3/2024 16:32 | johnveals19 Mar '24 - 16:19 - 13714 of 13714 You forgot to add: Magnificent 7 Company "So why did you sell a 5% stake to high net worth individuals at a 13% discount to the market price - if the real value is 40x the current share price?" | bonio10000
19/3/2024 16:19 | Magnificent 7 company; "We're interested in buying Blackbird for your technology" IM/SS; "Great, we're looking for x billion" Magnificent 7 company; "But that's 40x times your current MarCap" IM/SS; "Yeah, it has to be worth at least that to you" Solve for x, show your working. | johnveals
