Richtea1701 - there are a small handful as good as this one - look at the trustnet.com Inv Trust performance tables - especially the annual performance tab ATB LM

Will do re: Woodford ( http://www.telegraph.co.uk/finance/personalfinance/investing/funds/11249720/Neil-Woodford-to-launch-new-fund.html ) i am struggling with where to put a stop loss on this bad boy, it's been pretty volatile lately so i don't want to get dumped out for no real reason, but would like to protect myself just in cast it (read: World economy) all goes to hell in a hand basket. I think it has to be somewhere around one of these: 700/645/630 I don't want to sell out for no reason and it has recovered and some every time recently. The 630 seems to be the Fib 50% retrace line after the climb from 500, but why pick 500 etc etc etc Any thoughts?

I prefer BIOG management though. Heard somewhere that Woodford is considering starting a BIOTECH fund, which could be quite interesting. He holds a fair few unlisted early doors tech companies already, so has visibility of what is coming from the innovation side of things as well as being a believer in the Big Pharma's.

Has slightly underperformed IBT over last 3 months probably due to the latter's narrowing discount to NAV.

Another dip if you missed last week. Based on Gilead Sciences taking a hit as rival gets approval for Hepatitis drug.No worries for me.

Yes, I now the feeling. However even having taken a lot off the table Bio and Tech IT's, what's left in my SIPP have still has significantly out performed all my other investments. Hard call; if held in my trading account, I would sell the lot at this juncture. But then, I sold at 620p and 640p here.

Just read their Report and Accounts; not sure I should have sold even at these levels- looks like the story and share price has further to go in 2015.

As u see it, a January correction would see this back to sub £6 imo. Still hold in SIPP.
