The way I read that was that he was an ex employee who for some reason has been handed free gratis 3% of the company.

The line 'to closer align .......with other shareholders' is a bit of a misnomer. What should have been said is 'to closer align with other board members who have an interest in a rising share price without any risk to their own pockets'To 'closer align with other shareholders' he could just buy them on the open market at full value and wear the risk like everyone else.You are right about the exercise price JMF but I've never seen anyone added to a pre-existing LTP from 4 years prior before in any company.

You could be right but the exercise price is 390 and not the same 215 as for the others.
