24/5/2016 17:22 | QP.........there must be a formal record of this either at the National Court. or with the green party. Probably worth contacting them IMV | kreature
24/5/2016 17:13 | well if you think that the article is El Pais and all the other top-rated Spanish press is garbage, you have no clue whatsoever. look at the mess which is France/UK/EDF/Hinkle For avoidance of doubt, this is a link to the El Pais article again:- of course, no UK based analyst has yet reflected the story. funny that innit.... nor has anyone yet been able to produce a rebuttal from the Company about this story in El Pais. so when the news does break in the UK financial press, it may or may not cause a real splash. ALL IMO. DYOR. QP | quepassa
24/5/2016 16:57 | I agree phil....good news coming! Maybe some results on the drilling or further funds or more uranium or other things found....interesting :))QP give it a break on the silly Spanish newspaper garbage/politics.... | laptop15
24/5/2016 16:51 | Maybe it will go higher but when the news breaks in the market generally that the Audiencia Nacional / National Courts of Spain are looking into the legality of the Ministry of Industry permits as reported in El Pais, it will be no serendipity 888 but more likely ugly toad 444-13-444. ALL IMO. DYOR. QP | quepassa
24/5/2016 16:39 | New high - buyers galore. News coming shortly I hear. | philjeans
23/5/2016 19:56 | Nearly 60m cap........I should be able to open a short position somewhere? | kreature
23/5/2016 18:31 | I wouldn't bother about waiting for a company response. If it's reported in El Pais that the Audiencia Nacional/ the National Courts of Spain are looking into the legality of the permits granted by the Ministry of Industry, you can rest assured that El Pais have done their homework before going to print. ALL IMO. DYOR. QP | quepassa
23/5/2016 17:22 | So no response to the email? | kreature
21/5/2016 09:38 | Herlat1, I insist on nothing. There is no pretence on my side. Is there however on yours..........? Feel free to call me kreature as much as you like. I really don't care any more. ALL IMO. DYOR. QP | quepassa
21/5/2016 09:26 | All that matters is , is this with the National Court of Spain, and if so how many days/months/years will it take to process, and where can I open a short position? herlat, your silly accusation is just your attempt to distract others away from the important Audencia Nacional situation which needs clarification. | kreature
21/5/2016 09:05 | QP why bother with the pretence? You and kreature are the same poster. Even the Marquess of Queensberry could see that. However if you insist i shall refrain from addressing you collectively. | herlat1
20/5/2016 22:41 | it is duly noted that you called me kreature again despite me asking you not to. it would therefore appear that Marquis of Queensbury rules have been disapplied by you. ALL IMO. DYOR. QP | quepassa
20/5/2016 21:38 | It's the Audencia Nacional situation that matters, rather than press articles imo. Is everything on hold until this has been processed by the national court, and how many days, months or years is that likely to take? ATB | kreature
20/5/2016 21:30 | QP/kreatureIn response to your two questions:The spot price is US$29 up 15% in a month ( a bit like the BKY share price)and yes i have emailed the Company about the press articles on the appeal. | herlat1
20/5/2016 19:52 | Did anyone actually send an email to get clarification on the Audencia Nacional issue, and the timescales involved? | kreature
20/5/2016 17:01 | if you continue calling me kreature, expect me to continue to do you a similar disservice. surprised it is taking so long for you/pedro/daramuda/h No 20% bounce since yesterday - which is the reference point in my post of $28 - still far down on the year from $35. now be a good chap and pipe down ALL IMO. DYOR. QP | quepassa
20/5/2016 16:09 | Chart is very strong - don't sell too early. | philjeans
20/5/2016 12:44 | QP/kreature you can post whatever you want about Piedro or any other poster and refer to them as Poodles, Retrievers or my personal favourite - Chocolate Labradors or whatever you choose but disappointingly as it may be they are nothing to do with me.The volumes in the spot market are absolutely tiny compared to the tonnages the Chinese need. Ps: did you see the 20% bounce? :-) | herlat1
20/5/2016 10:46 | Would there not be some update here at some point? | kreature
20/5/2016 10:11 | QP (i do not post under any other name)The spot price is a small part of the market for traders and small parcels. The contract market is where the utilities get their tonnage from. The Chinese need massive tonnage hence their deals with Fission, Cameco, Kazakhstan et al.If they went anywhere near the spot market it would explode!!Spot low this year US$24 v current US$29 = 20% gain. | herlat1
20/5/2016 10:03 | herlat/poodle as always you avoid answering the tough questions. here it is again...... If China is so short, kindly explain why uranium has fallen 20% JUST THIS YEAR in 5 months from $35 to $27.5. ALL IMO. DYOR. QP ps. my feed shows uranium spot yesterday of $28.1. please post link with this 20% bounce from authoritative source. | quepassa
20/5/2016 09:37 | The chart says it all! Just save your time and stress and filter the knockers. Making a pile here and I keep adding. | philjeans
20/5/2016 09:31 | Thanks QP The contract market remains at mid US$40s - several companies have announced offtake at higher values. The Chinese are short and have recently paid 50% premium to market for a an US$80 million stake in Fission Energy (as posted previously on this board), are investing heavily in Kazakhstan and have just announced a deal with Cameco.(The spot price has just bounced 20% btw!) | herlat1
20/5/2016 09:18 | herlat/poodle one needs to look at the whole picture of global demand both current and future. According to Cameco there is currently a big oversupply of uranium. Hence the bad price performance in 2016. The market appears flooded with uranium from long-term contracts taken out many years ago for product which had been destined for the Japanese market which subsequently fell off a cliff after Fukushima. If China is so short, kindly explain why uranium has fallen 20% JUST THIS YEAR in 5 months from $35 to $27.5. ALL IMO. DYOR. QP | quepassa |
