In my guess only, it is perhaps a possibility that potential equity or debt providers may or may not now consider it prudent to await the outcome of the 23rd. June Brexit referendum which is still 4 months away prior to considering committing debt or equity funding for a UK quoted company seeking to finance a Spanish mining operation.

"You simply cannot go on having a growing gap between an increasing net asset value and a stagnant market value."

Part of the problem is stated in the first sentence. The rest of the article makes a good job of explaining the solution. Probably old hat to some readers but a good read:

A Canadian listing would help. That's where the investors are.

My thoughts are that if they do find another similar deposit, either the share price will have to re-rate (significantly) or a predator will snap us up.

You simply cannot go on having a growing gap between an increasing net asset value and a stagnant market value.

Market forces eventually kick in .. Especially when you have a very valuable commodity that large power companies need to acquire

Agree 386 if they are like Zona 7 they are very shallow and it wont take much drilling to snag one..

This near term exploration programme is THE reason why I built up my holding in the 22-25 range.

If one drill is successful in uncovering another Zona 7 style deposit (and there are 11 targets) these prices will be history

QP the CEO said the company was raising US$100 million in two tranches from 8 potential financiers, was looking to avoid dilution and in 1-2 months? Sounds pretty specific to me. Which bit was 'wishy washy' to you?

Thanks for resume. Appreciated.

All sounds rather wishy-washy to me again with no concrete detail about funding or contracts.

Your comments about dilution are noted.

Yes many thanks Tadtech - useful and reassuring.

An RNS on talks should set this bubbling again.

I attended the presentation last night.........

From memory

They are looking to raise $100m and the data room is strong, mentioned 8 potential participants

Aiming to raise this cash in two tranches over different time-lines

I got the impression that news on funding could come 1-2 months but obviously DYOR

Aiming to keep as much of the project as possible and avoid excessive equity dilution (if any)

Tie up with a major power generator possible

Project economics excellent

Government and strong local support due to jobs (up-to 450)

CEO seemed upbeat and cheerful during the network session

CEO said major Fund are buying BKY shares in the market

There should be a video on the Shares website shortly

No advice intended

That's interesting. You may be aware of our CEO's extremely strong Chinese relationships!

Thanks Snowy. My view is that i dont think that EDF are relevant and agree it will be an embarrassment for Osborne if the French cant come up with the money. The demand for BKY's uranium is more likely to come from China. I remember the Company saying or reading that they are commissioning 8 reactors per year. Ie 8 Hinckley's every year!

EDF - Electricite de France seems to be in a complete shambles in my opinion.

Today's FT (page 18) has an article headed " EDF faces Euro100bn bill for plant upgrades" and carries on " French utility EDF is facing a Euro100bn tab for upgrading its ageing nuclear power stations at the same time as a new law that could force it to close a third of its reactors....".

The FT article mentions that EDF is "scrambling to secure financing for a contentious £18bn nuclear project in the UK". And that "unions and analysts have already raised concerns that EDF might have bitten off more than it can chew In Hinkley Point, Somerset".

The FT article mentions that EDF is "grappling with a large debt load" of net Euro37bn and that EDF shares have fallen 55% in the last year.

It seems to me that EDF has a great deal on its plate already and more than enough to do already with its own house-keeping before embarking on potential new initiatives elsewhere.

Very nice volume over the past few days with buyers taking out the nervous nellies. Whoever the buyers are they are going in hard in a very weak market indeed!

Langostino please can you explain which approval the Company is waiting on the 'formation of the new government'? My understanding from the quarterly is that the Company has all its major approvals in place and is planning to commence development shortly.

Well, I have bought a few more today at 11:06am £2726 worth to add to the £4900 the other day.

I'm building a nice steady stake here whilst the price is in this range.

The drilling campaign has started and we could have an explosive RNS any day.

I appreciate others views, even if negative, but I've done my homework here and am very happy to keep buying as funds become available.
