Well someones buying ,looks like its on its way now ,should see tick up i feel on a few more buys here ,once buying momentum gets going here i would probably be not shocked if we get into double figures here.
Its been a shrewd manipulation here and like i said directors have played out many of weak shareholders also all those with small holdings been kicked out!
Taking a chance now that this can shoot up rapidly to 10p like some strange shock rises over the years i remember i think BRITSH ENERGY FROM 1P TO 15P,and i think Reflec from 1p to around 20p .

One consequence of the consolidation is that those holding less than 500,000 Existing Shares will receive no New Shares.Shares will be consolidated in 500,000 lots and the shares of those below 500,000 together with the excesses arising from the above will be aggregated and sold in the open market for the benefit of the relevant shareholders.(quoted not verbatim from document)

As a result of the capital reorganisation,Shareholders holding 500,000 Existing Ordinary Shares with a nominal value of 0.1p each will receive 5,000 New Ordinary Shares with a nominal value of 1p each and 1 Deferred Share with a nominal value of £450 each.( quoted from document)
The deferred shares are worthless and 2m existing shares should equate to 20,000 New and 4 Deferred Shares.

i think it takes a few days before they ajust it, try and sell them see if you get 600k' worth of 1.4p or abouts

many investors do not even know of this cons and once it gets on the radars up it flies!

thanks iloveit as far as i can see now BLL is now a cash shell,up to now i have not done very well with cash shells, i will watch and hope this one does better,but no more buying here, i think up to now i am 700% down here,i hope the directors of BLL, go to hell,and beyond!!!

could someone please enlighten me on what has gone on
i am holding just 100,000 shares and have heard nothing
about consolidation, i take it that my shares are worth less?

most definatly!! but at the moment i will wait and see,mind you i only wish the chart this morning was not a consolidation one, that would have made us all smile,i hold 2mil exact old BLL shares any ideas how many that is worth now?
On barclays it still shows 2mil,i was thinking of selling them but knowing my luck they would want the money back!!!
