Looks like all three of those trades were buys at mid price and the 20m had bargain conditions, MMs filling an order.

yes but it could be too late for them to suspend as now price is flying back up ,as i feel 0.075p+ hopefully can be reached before managment can act .

very difficult to buy these now barclays give only 100k's worth but the dealing fee is nearly as much as the price of them, 2days ago i bought 750k's worth no problems strange indeed???

the whole fiasco with BLL stinks!! it looks like another company is looking at it, but i am even suspicious of the intentions of the person on iii until more is reavealled And i am NOT SELLING!!!

The MBO, are trying to hurry this through thats obvious, I have emailed the fsa to look into BLL for what its worth, it would be good if others did the same, the more the merrier, the email is [e-mail]

0.075p is my valuation guess?
still i need a hell of a lot higher shareprice for me to get anything decent back.
But hey why anything back when this should steamroll on to big bucks when this cinema opens .
Some big deals should be on the cards here get the feeling a big taker is coming onboard here hope its VIRGIN MEDIA.

Does it not depend on who is paying for the proper evaluation. SER had a proper evaluation done on it many months ago and they priced the shares around .50P and they haven ever been close to that.

I'd pretty much written off my holding here. Thought I'd be waiting to see what happened as a shell but perhaps the story has a way to go. Very intersting posts by citytourist - The Directors will not want to lose the company so a rival bid could prove very interesting as will a proper evaluation. I'd be surprised if the value doesn't turn out to be a long way north of the offer on the table. Almost tempted to top up although can only get a quote for £20 worth which perhaps tells it's own story
