alby220. since I am recognising that the MBO is the only option, you could say it is PR - but it is also a fact of life. Voting against is voting for oblivion. There is no way the AIM Team or the company's Nominated Adviser will allow the shares to continue to trade if the proposals are voted down.

If it is 10m sale as you said i find it very strange that it is an O trade and you managed to get the full price, when some one else only sold 322,974 and only got .01 then a sale of 4m and then 5m all @.014
as i said does not add up. Anyway well done on your £400 profit.

clivee, the 10m is a sale, my shares bought at 0.01p on Thursday the week before last. I had been looking to get more than 0.014p for them but all you posters are making me nervous. If the resolutions are not passed, the AIM Team will suspend the shares immediately, and a receiver will be appointed.

i just recieved a letter from barclays re the EGM it only details the share consiladition it does not mentiom the proposed MBO i would like to vote no to the MBO if i vote no to the consiladation of shares will that include no to the MBO as well??

Have just read my email from City Tourist, I will be interested as well guys if its possible to include me in.

I intend to be at meeting on 28th, @ encouraged others last week to email City Tourist (as others did also), as I felt there was a really genuine interest & knowledge from this person, feel the email certainly confirms this to be the case - really pleased that there's been a positive response - it makes fasinating reading, will be a very interesting week ahead.

Hi Guys, I have recieved an email from city tourist, he has asked for me not to publish it on a BB and I respect that, he has asked for any shareholders to please email him and he will send a copy of the email on to them, I personally feel that he is onto something and he seems to know what he is talking about, I would advise shareholders to email him at this address [e-mail]
