The consolidation meant that shareholders lost GBP 10,000 +.
As said above the timing and tactics stink.
Please put me down as a supporter of any legal/regulatory based activity that might bring these directors to justice.

I don't doubt your efforts and they are clearly large.

I just felt that BLL should not be able to say in their RNS on 28 Dec (the actual and known date of the EGM) that " Bella Media said that it has not yet received clarification on the email approach from a consortium of investors who offered to buy the company's operating unit for 800,000 usd".

The timelines were well known and so although tight and made extremely difficult, they succeeded in stalling you or the deadline was missed, because they say you did not even get clarification to them in time!

I accept all the difficulties that were placed in your way etc, but at the end of the day it still comes down to the same conclusion. Either BLL did not receive from you or your associates the required clarifications in time or you have grounds to sue them for deliberate obstruction and lies if you did provide the required clarification and this is an inaccurate official and public statement from BLL.

Under the Placing approved by Shareholders at the EGM on 28 December 2007, the
Directors subscribed for Bella Media new Ordinary Shares (the "Shares") at the
placing price of 1.35p (the "Placing Price") as follows:

The Company was informed today that on 3 January 2008, Peter Redmond acquired
the fractions of Shares that resulted from the Capital Reorganisation at the
Placing Price as follows:

The Company was also informed today that Fiske Nominees, on behalf of clients,
holds 7,621,110 shares in Bella Media, or 18.64% of the issued share capital.

imn in for the longrun here ,will be topping up as as funds allow here ,looking to get a healthy stockpile in time for reverse takeover and hopefully relisting at a massive premium!

What happened about your bid and the RNS stating no further clarification received and the voting, which was a massive victory for Bronfman and co.

I suspect your offer did not include the further financial undertakings necessary and so was amateurish and incomplete if no further details were supplied in time??
