Northernrocks, no point in chasing the shares up. If the resolutions at the EGM are defeated, BLL immediately goes into liquidation. If they are approved, there is no business to give upside, and the cash per share will be worth 0.01p. I also see on the iii site that someone is going to go over and try to value the Monterey potential, and anyone can make a higher offer, but they will need pay more than the $650,000 being offered, take on the directors' personal guarantees of $3m, find the $2.2m to complete the project and pay out $0.5m of deferredsalaries to Crisman and Wienert out of the cash flow from the business. Sounds a big ask. BLL have been trying to find people in the US
to invest directly into the project for at least a year without success.

i bet directors of bella media wont be there,and i guess it will be over in a few minutes ,looks like capital reoganisation looking likely.
oh well at least they are still trading and volumes lately taken mkt capital up ,nice to get a run up to aroun 0.075p my valuation PRE EGM ,that will shake em into upping their offer!!!!

EREVERYONE GET THEIR CORPORATE ACTION NOTICE?...

Pursuant to the fact that the Company's Act 1985 prevents a Company from issuing shares at a discount to their
nominal value, the Board of Bella Media is proposing a reorganisation of its Ordinary share capital in order to effect
a placing of 18,518,956 new Ordinary shares to ensure that the Company is able to meet its current obligations
and enable it to implement its investing strategy. The Capital Reorganisation will be effected by way of a
consolidation and sub-division.
The Company will consolidate every 500,000 existing Ordinary shares of GBP0.001 into 1 Ordinary share of
GBP500. Each new consolidated Ordinary share will then be sub-divided into one new sub-divided Ordinary share
and one Deferred share. Each new sub-divided Ordinary share will then be further sub-divided into 5,000 new
Ordinary shares.
The net result of the reorganisation is that shareholders holding 500,000 existing Ordinary shares with a nominal
value of 0.1 pence each will receive 5,000 new Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 pence each and 1
Deferred share with a nominal value of GBP450 each.
The capital reorganisation requires a minimum of 500,000 existing Ordinary shares to be entitled to any new
shares. However, shareholders within our pooled nominee should note if their holding is less than 500,000
shares, what they receive is also dependent on the total number of shares within the pooled nominee, and may
result in holders of less than 500,000 shares receiving 1 shares for every 100 shares.
The rights attached to the deferred shares, which will not be listed or freely transferable, will render them as
effectively valueless

alby a few weeks ago i was chatting to a us investor who was only mnts away from the site ,i asked him what was the vibes of the site and cinema there ,he said that there was ongoing work and that he knew about the project and that he would take a walk and have a closer look .
Well it never came to mind that we are now looking at what recent RNS news from managment has thrown this into maybe a screwed up project.
Had i been more cautious i would have made sure this guy took a trip down and had a look.
I can only feel now that something is going on here behind the scenes,shareholders have been scarmongered out of this but are now wiser and sticking this out ,managment will have to move on now and get this up and running and will have to dig deeper into thier pockets just like us shareholders have done.
Conclusion everyone gets a bite of the cherry here so DONT SELL!

hmm lets see if he comes back ,will check iii forum.
Price today will be a major clue as to where this is heading ,dropped first thing so unless there is any updates or some heavy buying this looks like dropping again.
