As a holder of 25m shares i will vote against the management buy out and possibly the consolidation of shares.
As i said before, i believe this is a scam on part of the directors to make alot of money out of small PI's.
I dont understand how all of a sudden BLL has such major problems so close to the opening of the complex and it can't be too long before the complex opens if they are advertising for staff and taking bookings for tickets.
I was in the construction industry and when a project fell behind and we had delays the builders had to pay a penalty by every day or week that the project was overdue.
Are the directors hoping to pick this up once they have hold of the company?
I keep asking myself why does the management want to buy the company and throw more money in if they say its going to fail?
I would much rather lose my money and the banks go after the directors for what is owed rather than vote and let the directors have the company and still lose my investment.

Time for a rerating here this was up to 0.060 a few weeks back ,i see no reason why this should be as low as this ,whatever they have said has not changed the outlook on what and where this was going ,i think they have manipulated this stock down and forced holders out ,i am sure this will bounce back on decent news coming thru.

capital reorganisation could be the answer here ,get rid of the billions of shares here and make it a noticeble shareprice trading value alerting new PIS.

milking the pi,s for all they got then consolidation (never works only allows the share to fall further).
seen aim shares do this so many times and many are worth only fraction of consolidated value within a year!!!.

QUESTIONS !
1.
Just a thought here does this mean anyone under 500k in shares needs to, will or should top up above that shareholding or risk losing their holding?
this is a bit of a greedy scenario by managment or quite a VERY GOOD PLOY to which more shares will be bought .
2.
if they want the mk capital to go up(if mk is higher is company better off?) on sharebuying why not raise the 500k to at least 5+ million at this level?
3.
Can this really rise and managment get the final funding and save investors and this all turn rosy?
Price is now rising here,agree?

18K for 2 days work per month is this allowed?
sorry but i think this is going to really upset excisting shareholders,they have scaremongered most weak sellers out and now paying 18K for 2 days work per month to some staff basically really trying to screw shareholders here ,i feel that this is manipulated now for thier own conceren ,STOP THEM NOW !
BELLA WILL BE A BIG NUMBER I FEEL ,MAYBE NOT NAMED AS BELLA BUT A REVERSE TAKEOVER OR SOMETHING.I WILL NOT SELL .
PERHAPS THEY WILL RAISE IT TO 5 MILLION SHARES PER INVESTOR GETS NOTHING ,BUT I WILL JUST STILL BE THERE.

I received a nice letter from Bella Media today stating shareholders with less that 500,000 shares will not receive new consolidated shares. Many years ago I spent a fortune on 400,000 shares now worth nothing and they expect us to believe they can make things better by consolidation. I have never seen a consolidation work yet, all that will happen is the new shares will halve in value over the next few months. Having stuck with them for a long time and believing the hype that one day it will come good how can they expect anyone with any sense to plough more money into this lost cause.

I remember one person saying years ago BLL had permission to build an IMEX on Mars (How true). It has kept some people employed busy acheiving nothing. Now they are employing someone at 18K for 2 days work per month, nice work if you can get it.

This is not a ramp as I have nothing to loose or gain. I am just totally hacked off.

DRIVER101 HERES SIMPLE MATHS FOR YOU (0.13-0.09)/0.09 = 44.4% INCREASE IF YOU HAD MANAGED TO PURCHASE AT 0.09 AND MANAGED TO SELL AT 0.13.

OzzMosiz = best contrarian indicator in town. With ERX he was ramping after he purchased in high .30s and stayed until now where they are .10! Same here, first time he showed up when they were .10 I think, and now they are .01! Be wary of his ramps. Even if this doubles to .02 or .03, he will still have them down by 80%!!

Agree NR, it has been updated lately. Not worth selling my holding (3M) so will hang on 'til openning.

I have been emailing the last few days under different guises trying to get more info, such as pretending i' after hiring the whole complex for an evenning for a corporate function, applying for a job and even tried checking out if they have applied for the films they are advertising as showing (300, Harry Potter) but to no avail yet. We'll see what they are planning which shoudl give some indication as to whether they envisage openning or not.

i need 3p to break even ,so i wont be selling.
surely now something could give some shareholders a bonus here ,reverse takeover maybe ,something very fishy going on here as trades are really only small as many have jumped ship,someone apart from the directors here are eyeing this up as WE WILL TAKE ALL.
Monterey would not be very happy if locals get word of this that their new exciting cinema is going BUST or is it a PLOY?
SHAREHOLDERS are getting very nervous and have bailed out ,hmm very strange goings on here ,WATCH DEALINGS HERE OR YOU COULD BE LEFT OUT.
Not sure wether i should buy bucketfulls here ,could it pay a big reward?
