Seem all bll shares selling for .75p now thought these would be down to .01 by now its been 7 trading days since reorganisation and no word of a share issure must be because share will not stay stable.

aritchie, I think the circular said the shaers any fractions of shares that resulted from the consolidation would be sold for the benefit of shareholders. Redmond piad 1.35p, so that it the price you should get - cheques to come soon, I hear.

Anything over 500,000 Redmond and co took the shares that were fractioned over that amount for his holiday in the bahamas!!!

Whats the matter with you Northernrock keep up.
This was all part of the con.

As i said before new directors brought the 18m placing shares when the company consoladated this was the only way they could raise money to pay their wages.

Now old and new directors hold over 50% of the shares so it will not be to long before they vote to issure more shares to raise more money.

Just think about it, it does not matter what the company owes or what its worth how many shares there are they still get there £18,000 a year to have 2 coffee mornings a month.

Under the Placing approved by Shareholders at the EGM on 28 December 2007, the
Directors subscribed for Bella Media new Ordinary Shares (the "Shares") at the
placing price of 1.35p (the "Placing Price") as follows:

The Company was informed today that on 3 January 2008, Peter Redmond acquired
the fractions of Shares that resulted from the Capital Reorganisation at the
Placing Price as follows:

The Company was also informed today that Fiske Nominees, on behalf of clients,
holds 7,621,110 shares in Bella Media, or 18.64% of the issued share capital.

Only £350.00 worth of shares sold but drops £90,000, company Now only worth £450,000.

I'm no fool the bet would be when not if.

Only around £85.00 brought and £500.00 sold today yet company value drops from £610,000 to £540,000 so i would guess 25th January but i do have a nagging feeling it could be by the end of week.
