The "scrip dividend calculation price" is the share price used to calculate the number of shares you receive - "the calculation price for the new fully paid ordinary shares to be issued to shareholders who elect to receive the scrip dividend alternative for the 2009 interim dividend is 155.14 pence per share" - thus in this case you will receive (your divi divided by 155.14p)=X new shares. | jeffian | |
