24/4/2020 11:18 | Timeline playing beautifully into BATM's agenda. Even if Covid 19 dips into Summer and Autumn it will be back Winter/Spring-or at least the likely prospect of it being so-and will oblige governments the world over to prepare with ventilators, sustainable lab testing with reliable kits and machines-the sort BATM make and woe betide politicians unprepared for subsequent spikes in CV19 which are inevitable. Also the waste disposal side of the business should gain traction as public health officials turn their attention to the critical link between unhygienic animal practice and all sorts of diseases which have the potential to cause acute and chronic illness, even epidemics if some operators are too flippant with their animal disposal techniques. And this is without the 5g and security side of the business which is the next threat to western economies. BATM a slow burner but solid. I suspect its time is coming. | ![]() cumnor
24/4/2020 09:05 | Further translation mentions the order received and potential for more. Including regular lines continue including the respirators and kits. More on diagnostic kit below..."Last month, the company reported that it began supplying the new Corona Virus Diagnostic Assessment (COVID-19). 23/4/2020 17:04 | One other aside is that there are limited number of shares available to PI's as most are held institutionally or by Marom himself. If another institution decides to invest here its going to get interesting. There are few money making opportunities in the market at the moment. Just saying ! | ![]() fse
23/4/2020 17:00 | Would be interesting to know how Simon Thompson (IC) would value BATM now. From slightly different perspectives we both saw @65p as a reasonable medium term valuation. That was a few months ago and a lot has changed. BATM have interests in one of the few growth orientated industries at the moment. The entire field of infectious diseases their identification, treatment, mitigation and management has grown exponentially. Does anyone have a link to the interview with Zvi regarding splitting up the two divisions? Not the Proactive investors interview which is worth seeing also. I would not be surprised if this split is in the cards. It may make sense and be necessary to split the divisions due to future financing issues, especially with expanding production capacity. I am not aware of any discussion to offload Telco systems. Albeit there has been discussion in the past. Telco systems is no slouch itself. | ![]() fse

23/4/2020 09:37 | Zvi also mentioned the possibility of splitting the company in 2 parts. He also said he saw the bio-med division being the bigger long term. It is starting to look that way and he was very upbeat in that interview. | ![]() gerihatrick

22/4/2020 17:15 | From what I can gather Celitron was developing a ventilator some time ago and had blueprints and patent coverage. This is apparently not a copy of any existing model but an original design. Its certified and apparently has features associated with a higher end models. Celitron must have had it on a back burner when they shifted focus on the large Agricultural machines. The company has demand across the range of products they produce and the realities of scale and production appears to be the constraint to their developing across a wider range of applications. Celitron never even listed a ventilator on its product lists. It obviously was within the scope of what they could design and produce. Thats pretty impressive. Ironically I was researching celitron again as I had a feeling they would be announcing further contracts but this one came out of the blue. | ![]() fse
