There is not much interest for the shares today, as all the emphasis is on the bounce-back of the rest of the shares that have seen a large drop recently.
Most have overshot and bottom out this morning, but how long is going to last is another thing.

Space Bob post on 14th March: "From what I read, I came to the conclusion that they won't be selling kits until the end of year at least. On that basis I sold up last week. Good company, so I might get back in when this blows over, but I can see the price dropping over the next month as society loses its sh1t and then it's likely there'll be bigger bargains around."

You really should learn to read Space Bob! Kits are in mass production and we have the home testing kits on the way too.

I realise you're p!ssed off at your terrible timing with the sale but there's no need to de-ramp the company. If you take the time to read the post you made on the 14th March, you will see that you called BATM a 'good company'. You can still get back in before it rockets further. Go on, swallow your pride.

The most important part of the announcement is this : In addition, further to the Group’s announcement of 27 February 2020, BATM is pleased to report that it is starting to ship its new diagnostic kit for COVID-19 that was developed by Adaltis for use by medical facilities. The initial customers are European, with delivery to Italy being the current focus. The Group is preparing to ramp up production by the end of next week to meet existing orders and anticipated demand. All clinical testing to date has demonstrated the excellent performance of this kit, which provides results in under one hour on COVID-19 and other variants of coronavirus

This is the earnings driver. They are ramping production now and you can only imagine what demand is like. Especially if it delivers results in less than 1 hour. Also once in the labs and hospitals it means that the company then has the foothold to sell other diagnostic tests. This is like the Nespresso coffee machine model. Adaltis is the coffee machine and then you are forced to buy those damm capsules if you want to keep using it.

The issue with BATM has been the lack of mass commercialisation of their technology. Unfortunately it has taken a pandemic to get here. But this is it.

The Novamed home testing kit is icing on the cake.

Hopefully 2021 then becomes the 5G story for them.

Hi Goggin, Zvi mentioned getting a big company involved during the interview. I’d recommend watching it cos it gives more away than the RNS this morning. Things are going to get very big very fast. Also, some sales and order numbers will be released next week so watch this space.

You said you did not have time to pick the "one page" announcement apart. if you are unable to do that why not wait to comment. The new test is an "at home" test which NovaMed are specialists providers. No one has one of those. Also Coronavirus is simply a generalized term for this genre of virus which was identified in 1960's ... ergo it will mutate and be around for future generations

“BATM Advanced Communications Limited's Zvi Marom tells Proactive London's Andrew Scott they're teaming up with an Israeli life sciences firm to develop and market a rapid home testing kit for COVID-19.

He says they're hoping to have a product with regulatory sign-off in the form of CE mark that’s ready to ship in three to four months.”

Nothing new in interview and Zvi told us something we already know “we’re a little bit short on sales and marketing”. But still worth a watch.

Yes, Bio stocks can act like tech stocks in 2000, the price will have very little to do with their real valuation but at least there is a product to sell. Logic will play no part in a panic, sentiment will be everything

In the past or back to 20 years ago the stock was 100 % Technology and the Nasdaq was the darling of tech and its high valuation and that is how it went Sky high.

Now maybe the coronavirus could be another chance to that success earlier

Costax, the RNS says 'expects' 3-4 months to develop. Then trials required. Then certification. Then initial production. Then goes on sale. Then ramping up to mass production if there's a market.
It's a cleverly written RNS because what they say is accurate, but it's what they don't say which is important. Well done those who have sold out, good to see people making some gains in current markets.
Also Zvi said in a recent interview he wants to provide kits to Israel and not make money off it.
