12/4/2022 08:47 | Well im happy to get a few euro and yield attracts investors so i think they have done about right but agree let the govt sell all and then no stopping price growth and full steam ahead | datahead
11/4/2022 18:14 | It's a pity they didn't use all the funding for the share buyback instead of paying half of it in dividend. They could have easily taken care of Pascals last few percent. I'm still hopeful of €8 over the next months ahead | donpatrol
06/4/2022 12:29 | No but if one was lucky to buy below 2 it has been a great performance AIB has been disappointing but the overhang of shares may lead to a trade sale against another R/S as just too much paper | badger36
06/4/2022 12:26 | Not a great start to the buyback, per Degiro the share price is currently off 0.84% just now. | badger8888
06/4/2022 10:10 | Pascal is the name of my cat who spends most of his time sleeping | estienne
06/4/2022 09:43 | The buyback starts today | badger36
29/3/2022 23:13 | Pascal is not finished yet, it'll be a few months before we see 8 euro here | donpatrol
29/3/2022 22:19 | Yes it just seems peace talks driving it which makes you realize if it wasn't for the Russian butcher BOI could be knocking on 8 euro by now. | my retirement fund
29/3/2022 21:12 | Suspect it is more than that as AIB were up 7.36% | badger8888
29/3/2022 16:55 | New CFO seems to have gone down well | my retirement fund
24/3/2022 12:55 | I see the the Govt holding has dropped below 5%. | badger8888

28/2/2022 10:25 | I sold a couple of weeks ago because of the war threat in the Ukraine. I can now buy back at below the price at which I sold | estienne
28/2/2022 08:40 | Awesome - ofc the while market down but great results and divi back butni dont see when exactly ? | datahead
10/2/2022 12:49 | Crackin news govt sold more and rock buyin at these levels - they now are the biggest shareholder | datahead
04/2/2022 16:40 | Big volumes again / funds buying in for divis and signs of euro rates finally looking like going up - good news - long term looks very positive | datahead
04/2/2022 15:05 | Well the road ahead is looking clearer, with the interim, suspended government in NI, clearly the EU cannot allow goods keep flooding across unchecked both ways, the end game is of course the re-unification of Ireland. Hence my de-risking. | my retirement fund
04/2/2022 14:30 | I think so much UK business has moved to NI because they are still in the EU single market that a turn around would not be welcomed by many. As it stands both the rep and NI are booming now and at the end of the day money talks. BOI is going to continue on the upward now until at least the 10th of March when the ECB meets, at which point the market expects them to raise rates, if that doesn't happen then it will knock back the share price but in all fairness it's as good as a done deal now as they have no choice but to act on the spiraling inflation. We could easily be looking at €8 sometime this year | donpatrol
