Currently trading on a P/E of around 11 where as in the past the historical P/E is around 17 to 18 so we have a fair way to go and the stock is way undervalued imo.

I agree, it has a solid order book with benefits from the merger with VT coming on stream, any revenue lost through the csr should be more than balanced by government aims to improve efficeny by outsourcing more support contracts and I expect higher revenue in energy, nuclear and rail indsutstries to come due to increasing activity in these areas. Also overseas contracts look very secure. the price has not really moved for along while so for me its a good time to buy relative to the rest of the market.
