yes, rail division is the only weak spot IMV. The rest of the business is strong, long term and growing. Just think baby and bathwater at the moment. AE

I know the markets are dire at the moment but a company like this making
year-on-year profits and expecting good half yearly results next month are beginning to look cheap ... any thoughts?

Coming undersome pressure. However, selling at highs is shrewd personal management of finances. Oil can't help as margins will be squeezed.

Can't think that there is anything to be concerned abt Ori (famous last words) - The usual market reaction to director selling, but I'm not put off,

Good luck, S-F

Moving to a breakout imo. When this contract is finally announced we should see that back of 600p for a while.

Results look good - in line with upper end of expectations and with good divi increase.

Will be interesting to see what forecasts look like for next year (2010) - 50p eps should be poss, which on a modest 15x would suggest 750p price target on a 12 mth view.

bought in today on a Turtle Trading System buy signal. Chart looks very similar to BNZL which broke out yesterday:

Neat little wedge has formed.

SP has to one way or the other. Perhaps a dramatic break to the upside?

my goodness, been a year since i created the thread. pleased to see posters. high pe but holding up v well amidst the current climate. to me, emphasises the quality and diversity of their offering. was just looking from a distance at the chart, and i think this will in time push out higher. It is a good quality business. a year back i said a billion mkt cap in the making - we are comfortably there. 2 billion 3 yrs out max i'll say now - FTSE 100 co. in the making. AMEC made it. I like the nuclear angle.
