03/8/2021 11:06 | W. Out at 272, will await developments. cheers | dudishes
02/8/2021 20:18 | If downward trend persists supports seem to be 245p and then 228.30p | waldron
02/8/2021 18:11 | Another one ripe for a foreign predator to buy on the cheap.200p is strong support, so could be worst case scenario. No idea what a bidder would pay to get these, maybe already fully valued? | ny boy
02/8/2021 15:05 | A few deals such as this one (if it comes off), wouldn't do the cause any harm! www.thetimes.co.uk/a | drk1
02/8/2021 13:37 | Serco's CEO is The Hon. Rupert Christopher Soames OBE, a grandson of Winston Churchill no less. That is all you need to know when your PM is besotted with the historical figure. | medieval blacksmith
02/8/2021 09:45 | You , me and many others! Not very often though that such a high premium is offered. | rogerrail
02/8/2021 09:30 | I'd be happy with a 70% premium to current share price like the MGGT deal to be out of this dog of a share | bloodhair
02/8/2021 08:51 | Well if not Serco, then perhaps an international defense business wishing to muscle in on BAE's patch. Look at whats happened at MGGT today. The US companies in particular are flush with cash and have a habit of taking over medium size uk engineering businesses. | rogerrail
02/8/2021 08:31 | Surely somebody must be looking at bab as a juicy morsel - especially now we have got a handle (?) on previous woes. Suet | suetballs
02/8/2021 08:19 | I can't see that Serco's management have anything to offer? They appear to be even worse at managing contracts than the previous management here. | imastu pidgitaswell
02/8/2021 08:12 | This is said often when businesses are in trouble, more in hope than anything else, but is this now ripe for Serco to revisit a takeover offer? | rogerrail

31/7/2021 11:32 | Just had a quick read.......A lot to digest! To me it looks like a real mountain to climb. They are going to struggle to manage the debt with their free cash flow hence the disposals. I am going to pass for now. If they drift back to the 200p level again I would most likely take a stake. | salpara111
30/7/2021 09:48 | For me this is a definite watch and wait. Can see it drifting lower over the next 12 months due to the task at hand. However at some point it could be a compelling turnaround story, but I need evidence of that before committing to buying the shares | dope007 |
