The share price today was lower than at the time of Hylas 1 launch in Novemver 2010. Expect share price to take off into orbit tomorrow.

Maybe haven't quite arrived yet.... Avanti have to check out the satellite functionality is OK.

But a really great night for Avanti closes an early chapter of the creation of a great company.

What a strange time for me and my wife.
On one hand we've had this great news and just watched this amazing event and on the other, we've had two phone calls in succession.
One to say that our neighbour is dying and the second to say that our brother in law has just died.

Sort of puts it all into perspective.

They've separated the first satellite.
Ours is the second one.

They will know within hours/days if everything is up and running ok. But it will take several months to complete the comprehensive in orbit testing if it's like last time.
