In the Grand scheme of things, if you are a long term holder (like many of us on this board appear to be), does it really matter that much what the price will be tomorrow? I must admit to being a bit excited at seeing my SIPP creeping closer to B/E (Avg £5.70!!!!) and my SpreadBets really going well,
but in the bigger picture, when we are talking about Hylas 3, and who knows maybe 4 and 5, then surely we must Still only be at the 'foothills' of the shareprice .. longterm?

Sorry, I must sound like an old fart. I don't mean to be, as I'm enjoying the sudden upturn as much as everyone else errr shorters excluded of course.

Question: IFFFF this does go into a main listing, does that automatically mean that it will be ISA'able?

MMs were very short of stock into the close on Friday with price moving up strongly, & marketmakers withdrawing offered stock like I've never seen before on the dot of 4.30. Think we will open up 20 first thing & probably settle at £4.50 for a close - that's my prediction anyway, but not too much to stop it getting to £5 if the graph is anything to go by!

in a bad market this will fall back to 350, in a storming mkt this will underperform as it's not related to the broader mkt at all..

if it's for your SIPP, however, and assuming you're not looking to retire in the next year or two, I'd suggest the nay sayers are covering, and that good news will, at last, help the share price positively. mind you Ariane goes "boom" this will get a good shoeing (insurance notwithstanding)..

Who knows Rathlindri ! My guess is we will continue the rise tomorrow but no doubt there will be profit taking at some time but if your looking long term then still a great buy in my view.

The recent news has confirmed our expectations and that should see further rise yet before any retrace in my view.

Agreed very much Rogk, I would announce a move to the main board as soon as Hylas 2 has completed its tests after launch. I would also like them to start talking about plans for a progressive dividend policy starting in a very small way of course, perhaps with a payment in 2014. No one is going to be invested for the income, but it sends the signal that Avanti wants to be a company of stature. I know growth fans will object to this but to my mind the payment of dividends is the reason for a public company to exist.

Great day for the share price Can't say it's been much fun holding these over the last year, but BOD always appeared competant Thought about averaging down during the dark days, but burnt fingers from that tactic elsewhere means I'm looking forward to the day I'm back in profit at £5. I'll be another one using a stop loss this time round !

I am staying until after the launch - very,very tight trailing stop loss after.
Do not intend following the £7.00 - £2.50 channel again.
