At some stage no doubt we will hit a point and the shorters will start closing which will build the momentum and we will be away as Lew was commenting on.

Shorters likely to be closing positions soon which should give a significant boost to the price.

Mr kipper's photo suggests his tan was indeed achieved by spending some time in the smokehouse.

but his blog contains posts which are just too fishy for me ;~}

Strong start to the day, the question is will it hold or move on more but certainly a better rise than we have seen for a while.

some of you may be aware of Tom Bulford well he is promoting his next 'ramp' and it's going to be the gold stock CGH

so FYI...

Keep an eye out for these very exciting prospects

On Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday next week you will receive bonus Penny Sleuth articles. Don't worry, you'll still be receiving your regular emails. It's just important that I let you know in advance...

I'm in the process of putting together a three-part series of 'special situation' reports on the prospects for Gold in 2011. As you'll know, gold has been on a real charge already this year, breaking through its all time high earlier in the month. But I believe there's an important – and very exciting – side to this story that most people seem to have missed: the rise of China.

As always, I'll be revealing my top small cap play on this trend. So please do keep your eye out for my three "2011 Gold Raid" emails - I'd hate for you to miss out.

The first one will be with you on Monday.

Good investing,

Tom Bulford

Reading the Equity Development note

Hughes have actually bought capacity off Avanti on Hylas 1,2 & £ (p6)..a significant validation..

Hughes as we are know are the winners in the battle across the pond!

Its a very good read and would encourage peeps who haven't to actually read it..

HYLAS 1 ready for service

An extensive series of tests has checked the performance of its communications payloads. Conducted from ESA's new testing facilities in Redu, Belgium, the tests have confirmed that the payload, including the antennas, is in good health, operating correctly and shows no ill effects from space. "The test plan included a very wide range of different checks," explained Andrew Murrell, ESA's Hylas-1 Payload Manager. "We also demonstrated the payload's unique 'highly flexible' capabilities."

The innovative 'highly adaptable' payload was developed by Astrium (UK), with the assistance of ESA's Advanced Research in Telecommunication Systems (ARTES) programme. ESA has devoted years to developing satellite broadband technologies through ARTES, and now several of these innovations are being put to work on Hylas-1.

"We've helped to develop and demonstrate in-orbit an entirely new architecture of communications payload, using a range of 'first-flight' technologies," said Andrew.

"Of the 66 active units forming the payload, 48 were developed under this project."
