Look at LDC. Imminent announcement about acquisition with profits of 1/4 of market cap..

That's why i'd like to know who really owns it. Difficult to award yourselves loads of options when your holding is so small. Mot much incentive for directors to award dividends when they won't see much out of it themselves. Can't get any 'feel' for this. Now if you're looking for a share that's oversold, what about Jarvis JRVS?

Probably waiting for next AGM (March 04?)to award themselves lots of options.

Then again, this should have still bounced a little. Delayed bounce?

Precisely Pres1 - if they gave a stuff about shareholders and the share price of their company they'd put some real cash into their own company - must be paying themselves whacking salaries, think they could spare a bit.

By 'heavy director' I assume you're referring to his pre-Christmas lunches? You're 'avin a larff mate, by my reckoning this lot only own ten grand's worth between them. I'd be more interested in knowing who owns the other 98%

Pres1 - you may like to look at DBE - very similar situation - much tighter spread.

Suppose the T of 100k at 4p could have been the Chairman again. Might be another RNS Monday. If he picks up 100k a day for a couple of weeks he might start to look like he seriously believes in the company.

OK, but what grounds are there for assuming 'the same improvement'? Just because they turned a loss of £2m into a profit of £300k doesn't indicate a profit of £1.8mm next year (which it would need to be for p/e of 1.5), does it?
No volume, and a wider spread than Balthasar's camel slaking his thirst for the journey. Think i'll look for other stars!

These directors ain't buying much but at least they are now buying. Let's hope they buy a few more. Might buy some of them myself then. Though that would be the kiss of death.

P/E ration on this years profits is about 9, so on forward earnings, assuming the same improvement, p/e is about 1.5.

A few sells so far today, but MM's happy to take them and pay over the bid. Maybe we'll see a sizeable 'T' trade or trades later?

Aukett Group PLC, a London-based group of architects,
designers and engineers.

o Read the latest RNS: Massive turnaround from £2million loss to £300k+ PROFIT.
o The group's gearing has been slashed by 128%, greatly improving the debt position.
o The chairman Ian Mavor also said he expects the profitability to be sustained
o Chart is poised to breakout from 4p level. Upside is huge: 7p-10p beckons in the short-term:

".. looking at the chart below, you don't have to be
a chartist to see the significance of the 4.00p level. Its the
'pivotal level' between its 'upper and lower ranges' of the last 2 yrs.

Strong rise yesterday from a 2 mth flat 'consolidation period', suggests
it has plenty of strength. The sharp rising indicators, and increased
volume, suggests more to come .. so I reckon it should be able to move
back above 4p tomorrow, and hold onto its gains !!"

A little ramping might work wonders LOL

Imagine what 20 buys by 9 am would do?

The share has some potential 10 p could easily be achieved

I think that the 100k T trade was a buy (albeit 'only' £3500), and I get the impression there's not that much stock in the MM's hands.
If I'm right this may well open up tomorrow.

Looking at the long-term chart, if this can break the 4p level then there is a lot of upside. Think around 7p may be possible short-term, if there is a breakout.

What I'd prefer is some director buying, to show confidence.

I feel these have certainly turned the corner. They seem to have been able to eliminate some poorly performing liabilities.

I have an ultimate target of 10p, based on 1p eps by next year's accounts and on a PE of 10.

Probably more wishful thinking but one never knows.
