"We have reviewed our current positioning on the stockmarket as a "small cap"
company on the Official list. With the evolution and greater acceptability of
AIM and its attractions to investors as well as its growing reputation, the
Board has decided that the future of the Company would be better served if it
were to be quoted on an exchange with companies of a similar size and outlook.
As such, a resolution will be put to shareholders to approve the Company's
proposed move to AIM under the fast track procedures of the London Stock
Exchange."

As not to confuse the 3.65p trades are buys, you can currently
buy well under the mid price so some mm's do have stock so i've
took advantage of this to buy in for the first time.

Just before I finish posting a 500k buy shows up.
IMO it looks like they have not got the stock so they are looking for weak holders to fill the order.

TDW tell me they are settling them through Virt-X, so won't appear on LSE-fed trades screens

none of my 3 buys showed-up - the other explanation is they may have been aggregated - hence lost within one of the larger buys that we did see (some printing later and being listed as sells)

lukic - none of my 3 buys has been printed yet; 'spect there are others waiting to print later too (unless some are being settled on Virt-X, but dunno if AUK is listed there; wouldn't have thought so)

There has only been one buy, yet the price has soared. The MM's seem happy to rise the price to take shares off people. very interesting
