If you mean latics, nope, am exiled in london at moment, so mulling over whether it's worth getting a season ticket as would probably only be able to make it to half of home games- might still be worth it to get away tickets though.

Bit worried you might mean rugby though by the rfc on the end of your name. Hope I'm wrong as I hate the egg chasers. One team in Wigan, There's only one team in Wigan...

Yup I reckon so, and might go back in tomorrow, as I can't see much downside from here. Probably not huge upside as the market seems to hate ARL, but worth a nibble I reckon, as if sentiment did finally change for the better it could be a good punt

Although there are a few ARL threads around, there have been no postings recently therein, and none of them have the full charts/news links at top.

Hence have opened this new thread for anyone interested in ARL. I have no position at present, though remain interested in this one as a speculative value play.

No. The purchase of the Madrid shopping centre was made by Arlington Securities a completely different private property management company nothing to do with this one.

Not so sure of your theory on sales since Arl will be Bermuda registered before their March year end (21.01.05) and therefore out of UK tax jurisdiction.

it seems to be an interesting company
seems my timing wasn't very good with my purchase
bought above my normal amount for 1st puchase
am looking to add when stock is available at a suitable price
my guess no more sales of holding where a taxable profit will be realised until after new company is formed

At 31.03.04 they held approx 2.8% Eckoh Teck ECK, Enneurope plc £2.7m
invested equates to 70% equity,£1.5m invested in Archipeligo Resources plc financing deal 100% Cemtron (unquoted) manufactures EPOS equipment. Most of these I reckon are probably for sale.It is expected shares will be trading in new form on 21.01.2005 according to the circular dated 26.11.2004.Would expect to see announcements over the next few months as they start to implement new strategy.
Strong hold/buy IMO DYOR. NTV do you have any news?
