13/9/2010 08:51 | Decided its time to buy back in here again. Been watching since I sold out in Jan. Hopefully all the pieces are in place to see this start to rise back up to more 'sensible 'levels. | dunluce
10/9/2010 10:30 | A director buy would be good to show some confidence.. | chrisdgb
09/9/2010 10:28 | We may well see a bid approach if we stay at these crazy levels... | chrisdgb
06/9/2010 08:49 | ATH RESOURCES Seymour Pierce has flagged its "buy" recommendation on ATH Resources following the company's decision to sell the assets, contracts and intellectual property of its Regeneration business. It notes ATH was labouring to grow the unit and this leaves it to move forward as a profitable, dividend paying coal producer. | chrisdgb
02/9/2010 13:37 | Well I have already suggested Scottish Resources Group should be reversed into ATH, it is an obvious play.. Let us hope the influence that Pattersons have on Palmaris can pay dividends.. Trying to release funds to top up here.. | chrisdgb
02/9/2010 12:17 | Got to be worth a low ball bid? CEO/FD in flux, ex boss a willing seller, coal prices on the up and a revenue stream of £500M+ in the bag. Pattersons last buy was at 84p? bet they are happy? Everyone back from the S of France so nows a good time. CARL just went after months of rumour so someone start one here. | loafofbread
02/9/2010 11:36 | Chris, I look forward to the response. Seymour pierce have posted their buy and £1.20 target again today. Looks like our new FD has come across because his last company got taken over. Let's hope he works his magic here! | loafofbread
02/9/2010 07:52 | Yes it is baffling as production/prices improving... I have e mailed the company for an update.. | chrisdgb
31/8/2010 10:07 | deeply oversold but value will ultimately out.. | chrisdgb
26/8/2010 15:28 | unfortunately Seymour Pierce don't control the AIM market | cnx
26/8/2010 14:14 | Seymour Pierce recently reiterated their 120p target.... x2 current level.... hello...?? | chrisdgb
25/8/2010 08:02 | As a reminder from the interims: "As the Group works through its newly improved contract base it will be able to access a rapidly improving coal market leading to significant improvements in future profitability." | chrisdgb
25/8/2010 06:59 | UK Coal this morning highlighting the improving pricing picture.... Cannot believe following not only the good price achieved for Regeneration but also the fantastic planning news we had previously that the stock is so unloved. I am adding again.. | chrisdgb
18/8/2010 09:37 | Though I say it myself, I still like my idea of the reverse takeover for Scottish Resources, it makes great sense..come on the advisors, go for it.. | chrisdgb
17/8/2010 13:46 | AXA - they know a good thing when they see it. So do I. | philjeans
17/8/2010 07:04 | Just raising funds for the Regeneration purchase...wonder who picked up the stock.. Looks a good time to add.. | chrisdgb
16/8/2010 18:44 | Tom Allchurch, Non-Executive Director, (and till lately, chief executive)has today sold 825,000 Ordinary Shares... for 60 pence per share. He remains interested in 1,004,049 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 2.51% | gnnmartin
12/8/2010 14:50 | Nice little buy just gone through in this undervalued gem... | chrisdgb
09/8/2010 16:15 | How much do they hold, 19%? Even more reason to put themselves up for sale. | loafofbread
09/8/2010 15:43 | I've said it before and I'll say it again, nothing will happen until Alchemy divest their stake which the market will view as an overhang. Alchemy have sold SND some time ago, and JQV a couple of weeks ago, so ATH remains their last listed holding.... | gco1133a
09/8/2010 14:45 | Sorry, read it in WHS. Gist being debt paid down, good div, solid prospects etc. Have to agree with the article. More to the point ATH has 8M tonnes of coal to come and no doubt a few more M tonnes in future plans. An income stream of £500-£600M over the next 7-8 years, £17M to come from regeneration so debt not a problem and a MCap of £25M Tom has gone so you have to assume he's lost interest in ATH? A deal with Scotish coal would make sense.Cheap as chips. Any broker comment since the Regen sale? | loafofbread |
