Your problem now is when do you sell the 75%.

Is to-days rise in lieu of a spike on results day or will there be another and when will a retrace occur.

Bracke, no I don't believe in shorting. However I was expecting a retrace so sold a quarter of my holding on Friday. I planned to buy them back after the retrace, doh!

Had to visit Lidl this morning (us Elite Gurus are a frugal bunch...we have to be with current AHT trades) and what do I return to....... the gas has been turned up higher!! The overall market is on a 'high' based on a possible OPEC agreement. The forecast remains an over supply of oil for 2017.

It seems the slightest excuse and the market rises.

Looking at Land Securities above us - they have gained a little too but as of a minute ago AHT now 47th.
I was not expecting to be so high.

Former AHT target Lavendon are currently the subject of bid speculation from two other companies, and perhaps this is buoying sentiment for Ashtead?

I think I have got the answer to Deutsche Bank's 730 price target.
We all assumed they are a bit stupid , but, what they have not said is that they foresee first ....
