Hi, It came to me this weekend via a few sources that the cut-off point for the share of the claim will be the upcoming meeting, Has anyone else had this info as seems a bit orchestrated to me?

Chart does look good but reckon this move was more than due just for them winning the €3.5M case against their partners.
Unsure how much extra revenue they'll be pulling in from all the extra wells they're now due funds from too but think it'll be a pleasant surprise for holders when they do RNS it all.

The chart is looking amazing, It is Already a breakout but the next level of resistance is 6p (a 50 weeks ago level), then potentially no resistance to circa 12p (Feb21).

In the good old days,a small company with a majority of its Market Capitalization
made up cash was known as a SHELL company. It would be regarded as an attractive
takeover target especially by a non quoted financial and or private company looking
for a quick entry onto the stock market.Often the share price of a minnow SHELL
Company has the potential to rocket if the right conditions take place.

When I get my 38p break even price the company will be cap'd at £80 million !

For what it's worth I think they will get 100 mill payout and distribute 50% of whatever they get .make that a 30p dividend .worst case at 50m payout it's 15p back .if they ok this date for cgt coukd see fireworks here recent highs around 15p look nailed on

Current shares in issue today are 165,751,348 so if we won the full £600Million and ast shared £10m between all investors that would be just over 6p a share on top of your holding, not a bad dividend, I would be expecting a minimum of £50M shared if the full amount was awarded, either way, a nice Bonus.

Thats a daft way of looking at things imo chinese what if they lose? you get nothing as denying traders a pot to go for will assure this share price does nothing but dribble down as the date approaches.

Best approach is to do the opposite. Set the record date as the day the decision lands on their desk. They can suspend the shares and if you're in you get a cut.
€656M claim wouldn't be outrageous to expect a £60M market cap if/when they get to the "imminent decision" stage at which point you'd have your investment back and your case for damages falls apart anyway.

The solicitors we are using to sue the Slovenian Govt could control the distribution of the winnings to shareholders who lost out !

I have been adding when under 3p, but going forward it will depend on future growth (ESG, Slovenia} news.
The fact we won the arbitration case will be recorded as AST being conned out of millions, which will undoubtedly help the main claim. I have no doubt in my mind that Slovenia will settle out of court sooner rather than later as the deck is definitely stacked against them, when- I have no idea, could be within 6 months or 2 Years, but I am convinced they will make an OOC offer probably at a 50% discount, but would AST accept it, they way things have gone in AST's favor I doubt it. It is still a high risk but becoming less and less of a Risk with the wrongdoing of Slovenia being exposed. worth thinking- a £100Mill payout is 20x current mcap. AIMHO

I'd imagine that large institutional holders would have the records and resources to support such a claim.

However the law is rarely "fair", not a lawyer but my instinct is that anyone who sold has abandoned any legal claim to a subsequent payout.

If there is a large pot to be fought over, it will be fought over and the lawyers, as always, will do nicely out of it.
