The 256p is the price adjusted for the consolidation (1 for 100).

It would be nice if long term suffering shareholders (e.g. me) were rewarded !
It only seems right !

I'd imagine they set a date for holders. If you own on that date you get that percentage of claim .could cause a stampede if they do sanction it

The share price was 256p in new money !

Well you can't knock their business plan. As you posted £1.5M this year, approx 3.5M euro's next year, 650 odd Million euro's the year after.
Not bad growth for an aim oiler.

To be honest I think that is what they believed, They will now get more money each month from the extended wells production, and backdated revenue +interest for what they are owed since 2019. I also thik you will be seeing a lot more of mr 250k;-)

Don't disagree, just think they led pi's to expect the award straight away not some time further down the line. Mr 250K looks to have decided he bought too early. Quite a hit for a 13 minute trade.

bad gateway- also interesting that AST has asked them to look at the books,we know Slovenia bosses like to fudge things so they were probably pulling the wool over Collins eyes since the day he moved in... I still can't understand why he did not pursue this previously, but he was under tremendous pressure from ARSO and A certain minister that got fired. I think we were all expecting the figures but we got the win and the money will follow. It must also influence an out-of-court decision regarding the main claim, as it is a slam dunk now.

Sounds good value down here but understand the selloff. Market was expecting the award today not an interim decision with a final decision in six months and cash award some time after.
How they handle the warrants will be interesting imo as they know they've won but not what they are to receive or when.

once this news sinks into the market we will move markedly higher IMHO.
Current mcap £6.8, we just got £1,5M and due circa £3.5 M, =way undervalued.

The arbitrator lacked jurisdiction to make the award. (NO grounds here)
The award was made in breach of natural justice. (NO grounds here)
The arbitrator acted improperly or exceeded his or her powers.(NO grounds here)
The award is in conflict with public policy.(NO grounds here)
so basically there will be no appeal.

Slovenia has had to pay Billions in claims over the years for the mistakes of ministers/corrupt ministers, they are a part of the EU so have to abide by the EU financial rules.

It is the best news, just imagine the benefit this does for the main claim of circa 650 Million Euros, This evidence of robbing us shareholders will be paid for in spades come the award from the main claim. Finally getting justice!

Next week is the deadline for the arbitration conclusions.There should be greater volumes next week.
Collin was back in Ireland the last I saw (a new start-up 18 months ago I think).
