c33 - It is usually be a very sound move to ignore anyone reduced to hawking their equity stocks and market comments around investment websites for money.....unless of course they have a long track record of success running a high performing hedge fund.

And if they were running a high performing hedge fund, why would they waste time picking crumbs off the floor - subscriptions from PI's via equity investment websites?

Like many of these so called small cap market 'guru's, strongly suspect they use their free and subscription equity tipping services to 'front run' their own clients!

I added 100k mate. Did not think I'd be able to buy sub 30p after HZ3 results.Might open a long position on Brent when it opens this evening if it not open up too high. Iran definitely gonna do something and I can see Isreal ending up hammering Beirut at some point. The battle is on for POO between weak US / China economies vs escalation to the war in Middle East. I can see POO bouncing all over the place in the short term.Should get HZ4 results here WC 19th August - happy days.

Looking at the chart, higher lows and higher highs, nothing to worry about. Looking forward to the next RNS, one new well a month.

Was on the road all Friday. Missed the pull back into the 29s. What a nice bargain for someone.

Unemployment in US has gone up to 4.3% fears of recession is effecting oil prices imo with a knock on effect to AXL hence the drop.Rate cut looming

beaks44:

My notes on water cut.

1. Conversion of the CN-4 well to a water disposal well is completed and water injection has commenced.

2. CNB-2 water disposal well has been completed and is awaiting stimulation work and regulatory approval prior to starting injection.

3. Submersible pumps are run at minimal speeds to limit water cut.

4. It is said they are going to install inflow control equipment on future horizontal wells (n.b. there no confirmation from the Company that this is to be the case).

There is an obvious benefit in extracting as much oil as possible but oil left in the ground can be just as valuable and will, once estimated, be included in Reserves.

Water cut is clearly an issue with these formations and Marshall Abbott has made a point of reminding the market that they will always behave as safe stewards.

Personally I have no concerns about the Company's ability to handle the water cut but it is an issue they are dealing with; it will probably continue to be an issue. Routine infill drilling may be required but no one to my knowledge has suggested this to be the case.

Precisely! What an amazing achievement to drill the 2nd HZ well (with longer laterals) with a time reduction of 30% and a cost reduction of 18%.Although POO is a bit off from when HZ1 was drilled, I still expect the $2m net to Arrow to be covered in

Every day they are pulling in about $180 000 net net net. Lovely maths to extrapolate

F1 a lot cheaper to, always a learning curve and the rig operators are certainly learning.

HAT,

"CNB-HZ4 definitely spudded a few days ago. 21 days to drill, a week to clean up and test. Result by month end."

Agree, but the good bit is that - as per the rns - "HZ-3 well took 21 days from spud to on production". So could be sooner!, noting also they're down from 30 to 21 days between the HZ1 and HZ3 despite the longer horizontal run. Very ipressive improvements.

IMO, there's no reason why we shouldn't consolidate around current share price in anticipation.

On back of first 2 HZ results and a success case at Baquiano 1 my price target has been upped to £1.20 in 12 months time Baquiano 1 success I think will give us a good jolt up Extraordinary opportunity here GLA

This one will have this new gizmo installed that that will help control water ingress automatically.
Very pleased to have read them adding two extra horizontals later in the year.

Whilst it is easy to focus on just the production numbers, the real value i.e. take over premiums is being generated by increasing the reserves. Not just 'reserves' but producing reserves

The Ubaque discoveries and the esubsequent success of the horizontals has huge implications across the block. There is some talk that the Baquiano which is just to the north and will be drilled after CNB-HZ5 is not only a look a like structure to CN uptrend on the same fault but it could be connected to CN.

Not only that but remember the C7 discovery made drilling the water disposal well the other side of the fault and drilling CN-8. Two fresh pools of C7 to go after. See slide 22 of the presentation. I was guided that this is what a second rig could be dedicated to in early 2025. As we know, plans change as there is so much low hanging fruit to go after.

RR, I was thinking that too on a successful campaign of all wells coming onstream and including the decline around 8,000 bopd.

At $50 net back per barrel is $11.2m per month FCF with that kind of war chest and no dilution I feel 2025 will be another 15 wells sunk and there`s enough cash to throw about for some dividends too..

This is a very rare opportunity to be invested in a young oiler with solid assets, top notch CEO steering the ship and nailing on plan. Not to mention No Dilution FACT. NO DEBT FACT! and a significant reserves upgrade to follow after the HZ campaign.
