Partnership discussions are underway.Existing Malaysia-based investor who remain committed to fulfilling their investment in Arria with plans to co-create Sustainability and ESG governance solutions.AU-based high net worth individual introduced to Arria through an existing shareholder who is seeking to further his portfolio of investments via Arria.UK-Based family office who have expressed interest in participating in the private offering as outlined below.We engaged with three individual US-Based private equity firms; each are at different stages of due diligence. Institutional funding is a longer process than most and therefore is expected to supplement one of the more near-term funding options.We expect one or more opportunities to close within the next 30-90 days, possibly sooner.Private OfferingTo maintain the Company's progress, we have initiated a special offering which will be available to shareholders for a limited time. Ahhhh...September beckons. The end of the financial year for Arria. I look forward to seeing their published accounts and reading the shareholder update. A pink elephant flying is also scheduled.

Sadly, the Glassdoor reviews are not fake. The company has had an attrition of nearly 13 employees per month in the past year. From what I've heard, those who have stayed did so because they believe the technology is good, and see a potential for success in the future.

I have been told, and shown proof of this by a friend (one of the few remaining Arria faithfuls). I am advocating on their behalf. I believe the situation is more dire than most in this thread realize. Staff has been given the promise of funding by the CEO via email dozens of times—each update associated with a wire date for the Malaysian funding. The date comes and goes and a new excuse is regurgitated as to why the wire transfer did not occur.

The Glassdoor reviews are not fake. The only one that was fake was allegedly posted by an executive touting positive work-life balance and leadership. The current posts are the reality of Arria's situation. Also, most recent post was from June....so not that old.

Apparently, they are where the future is, so there can be no argument that they are all good. I imagine they have been so busy in these sorts of things that getting the bond away and another investment has slipped their minds. If the employees can be a little more patient about their pay as well, and not rock the boat.

Did the Bond close? Did the Malaysian HNW patsy up the tens of millions Sharon Daniels promised in June? How much cash on hand have they got? Did Arria make a full payroll run in July? C'mon Kiddles - you're an insider, what's going on?
