23/2/2024 07:37 | It is hip to compareto norilsk. Many do. I remember kav being one of them too... But fingers crossed | ![]() kaos3
23/2/2024 06:47 | Key Parallels with Noril’sk – A Genuinely Rare Analogue The Noril’sk– Key Noril’sk-like comparisons can be drawn with our Kokpekty Project across a regional, belt and camp-scale. The term Noril’sk-like is being used in a technical sense, representing shallow subvolcanic chonoliths in carbonate and evaporite. A comparative table outlining the parallels between Kokpekty and Noril’sk-Talna | ![]() shortarm
23/2/2024 06:45 | We took 8.4% of Altai, is this the next 100 bagger for Kerim? He has done it before, he can do it again! Norilsk is mahoosive, the largest in the world with like 4% copper! . Detailed reconnaissance at Kokpekty highlights similarities with Noril’sk-Talna Parallels with Noril'sk evident across multiple key features at a regional, belt and camp-scale, underscoring a genuine and rare likeness to a truly world-class orebody. Completion of high-resolution mag has confirmed the extension of outcropping intrusions under shallow cover and identified several key bifurcation points as high-priority targets. First-ever EM survey to commence in the coming weeks with a focus on multiple distinct intrusive trends. Altai has continued to take advantage of first-mover status within this emerging Ni-Cu sulphide belt, having consolidated a district-scale position (471km2) over four projects. | ![]() shortarm

22/2/2024 18:25 | I don't think you can really make such an assertion cinoib, just like all concerned you simply do not have enough information to hand to do so. | ![]() dixi
22/2/2024 17:56 | I'm hoping regular dividends or another special one related to Salinbas might make up for the poor performance and lack of consideration for shareholder feelings. | ![]() charles clore
22/2/2024 17:45 | I seem to remember a few here were here when they first discovered Red Rabbit at about 1.5, so am wondering why you didn't bail out at 6p and actually make some money. Instead here you are at near to 1.5 still hoping for the big one. IT WON'T HAPPEN. | ![]() cinoib
22/2/2024 16:38 | FWIW I just bought back another 200k @1.644 so now holding 1.7m. Not sure I'll get to my previous 3.2m but every little helps. After the JV with Ozaltin, AAU became a slow burn company with minimal control and not that much gold production, plus they've not made much use of the $millions in the bank but nevertheless are still a profitable well run company imo and are now looking to benefit soon with a 23.5% stake in another larger gold mine and importantly, no debt. I think the share price is now about as beaten up as it's likely to be, but happy to add if it drops some more. | ![]() temujiin
22/2/2024 16:29 | It can’t be ruled out that the share price is falling because the market knows KS is going be re-focusing the company on Dokwe, after pre-feasibility published, not out of choice, but because Ozaltin are going to edge us out of Turkey with a small wedge of cash. | ![]() bo doodak
22/2/2024 16:07 | Plasybryn 22467 hit, nail, head 👏👏 | ![]() soulsauce
22/2/2024 15:47 | And importantly let's see if ALL recovers faster, even though they have no cash flow (operating lithium mine) until later 2025. I suspect the Institutions are following ALL closely - certainly if the Chairman Neil Herbert has anything to do about it - but due to the collapse in the lithium price they have held their powder. But lets focus on AAU. Where is the Tavsan progress report. Where is the Salinbas drill report. Where is the updated resource for Kiziltepe. Where is the updated resource for Tavsan and so on | ![]() plasybryn
22/2/2024 15:41 | That's my point but shareholders may feel better in ALL. | ![]() bigglesbingham
22/2/2024 15:33 | Directors coming up for re-election need to prove to shareholders what their contribution is and has been. Have they achieved performance goals. What are we paying for. Hopefully not Kerim's puppets who say & do nothing of any value. | ![]() plasybryn
22/2/2024 15:30 | It is to easy to blame it on poor marketing/PR or Broker/Analyst support. To my mind it comes down to the fact that the Directors are unwilling or can't interpret and articulate effectively their own strategy. Having a vision with quantifiable goals and objectives linked to performance reward which runs right through the business is what Directors put in place. They then articulate how every step can be judged against that, so all stakeholders can judge and be excited about progress towards the ultimate goal. AAU just leave shareholders to try and work it out. Not good for those who who don't know or appreciate the story | ![]() plasybryn
22/2/2024 14:57 | As I said before, vote against the removal of pre-emption rights. If they have to issue shares for options and pre-emption rights apply they have to offer shares at the same price to existing shareholders so that they can maintain their relative % holding. | ![]() xow98
22/2/2024 14:50 | Plas- What reason to allow the share price to tank by lack of decent PR when the company is doing so well in the background? I can think of one good reason, can't you? And its to do with timing of director share options. Something we will possibly be asked to vote on at the AGM. | ![]() charles clore
22/2/2024 14:24 | Get it Plas and as such I'm heavily invested there. My point is that the marketing hasn't really helped against the poor backdrop of junior miners. Where it does help is the comfort factor felt by share holders in that we are all in it together. With AAU the directors actually have much more skin in the game than directors of ALL, but the way they concentrate on running company rather than pushing the company annoys many. Sure both will come good in the end although I do expect offer for ALL to be increased and them bought out at 40p. Which is double where they are now. | ![]() bigglesbingham
22/2/2024 14:18 | Yes the complete opposite here Plasybryn. As demoralising as the share price | ![]() soulsauce
22/2/2024 14:08 | You were saying about the high profile ALL PR and marketing. The enormous efforts being made by the Board and in particular the Chairman. Attending Conferences when ever, doing regular interviews, Gantt Charts , social media and above all, showing high levels of pride, excitement and energy. They have carried shareholders with them as they know they are doing their utmost to get the Co known and support the share price. | ![]() plasybryn
22/2/2024 14:07 | I just don't think they (AAU) are in any hurry regards the share price. They get paid regardless. I'd imagine they have an end game for this and that will involve the share price. But not for the foreseeable. | ![]() dixi
22/2/2024 13:55 | They are either inept financially or for some reason are always happy to underplay their hand with the intention of lowering the share price /Market Cap.- but for what reason? | ![]() plasybryn |
