True, but this boils down to what is considered by shareholders who have invested their savings into the company, as reasonable behaviour by the custodian of those funds. I can understand the reluctance, especially if they are too busy, or receive constant questions but one would expect at least a holding reply from a director and a redirection of the query to someone who can give an answer. This is basic politeness.

So why have any means of contact at all huffster 🤷‍a94;️
I think most shareholders know the constraints on what can be said before they make contact.

It's not like Kerim can communicate any meaningful operational / commercial updates to you personally so not sure its a big issue?

And being a 14m+ shareholder are you happy with that Shortarm?
I know I wouldn't be.
Who knows if the big seller(s) are similarly unhappy with that state of affairs.
Why would a Ceo want to remain so aloof from people who have staked large amounts of money on him. Whatever the reason it doesn't sit well.

Do you have any contacts with the Co or do you put all your questions via Yellow Jersey. Out of interest. I am not sure what became of that updated Panmore Gordan Note. We never got to see that as far as i am aware.

Newsday Tuesday will have to be a big one next week for me to achieve 3p victory. (Not happening).Salinbas has not had a revised JORC since July 2020, I guess it is difficult to start calculating when every drill hole encounters more mineralisation!I guess it may have doubled? In the current sellers controlled market it still might not make a difference!

The Remuneration Committee need to be informed that any future options issued need to priced appropriately, failing which we will vote them out.

Another reason to vote against disapplying pre-emption rights.

Issue options to Directors by all means - but only allow them to be exercised when the company market cap reaches £500 million. Simples. Gla.

Soul - it's like trading against the original company benefactors. Should be a rule preventing the early sale of such shares, 3 years maybe...

On its way to 0.5p.
May consider taking a punt at 0.5p.

Does it really matter what any options price is when past observations show they are willing to sell enough of the options to effectively pick the remainder up for free. Totally against the spirit in which options are issued.

A cynic like me might suggest that it may be connected to the fact that the share price is declining towards 1.5p or less, and any executive share options have exercise prices related to the current share price when they are written. Why spend money on a non dividend paying shares when you can have options maturing in the future, which you need not exercise if prices move against them, based on a price of something like 80% or 90% of the current price when announced? Buying shares in the market are for little people like us.
Do we know when the next round of executive share options are due to be announced?

The Board will know from the Brokers where the selling is coming from.

To be honest I would have expected them to have picked up a few cheap shares for themselves by now, but perhaps they are in closed season or have been told the selling will continue until ?????, in which case buying would not turn this beast around. When they are told the sellers have completed their task Director buys may turn up ( at this price or lower why wouldn't they ) only then will this madness end.

Until that day, many weeks from now, shareholders may want to hide under a rock.

PS no room left under my rock.

thanksamillion
