When Tasvan does start up eventually there looks to be reducing room for teething issues given the cash flow situation.

Might precipitate an Ozaltin 'offer' to buy out Ariana's Turkish interests in due course, and the focus shifts to deepest Africa, even although Ozaltin do claim to be interested in overseas expansion.

my point ... they should be getting market rates for their work as we sell our men power and ip to the market. market being our investment where we have 23,5 pc only and the rest.

but when they exclude investment /consolidated/ income their total income is 159k

which basically means whole ariana team works for free for the JV ... whole team in reality bills 159k per year which is a disaster imho

ps ... i never saw consolidation of the 23 pc stake as equity. it should be on income imho

then the real picture would emerge.... aau daily operations at a huge loss

wyh would be jv stake valued so low i do not get. it does not really matter but anyway for an asset giving 5 mio per annum

Not strictly true Shortarm. From interims:

Ariana's share of profits from the Kiziltepe Mine, of which Ariana owns 23.5% through its investment in Zenit Madencilik San. ve Tic. A.S. ("Zenit"), in the six months to June 2023 amount to GBP0.7m (H1 2022: GBP2.5m), largely reflecting the increase in administrative and other project costs associated with the development of the Tavsan Mine.
