hard to write up in English but - we can be happy to have our own free cah /flow/

spoke with my close lady friend who controlls fixed assets risks for a major bank

because of the ECB guidelines they do not even think to lend to the non ESG compliant projects. too expensive and undoable.

I also post this as many of us are in the shares which are waiting for the debt to be issued for over a year and never ever anythings happens. it is clear to me now - why it is so.

so i was selling those shares in oil and mining. huge opportunity for the self financing few remaining commodities extraction operations.

12 per cent pa is the price or more... which project can sustain that in real terms for a long time .... not many

if any one has info on close technicalities on ECB guidelines on banks ESG landing costs increases etc i would like to learn

we had fun - so i did not spoil it with the lower level discussions like business lol
