We have to assume that both YJ and Panmure Gordon are doing what they have been asked to do by our BoD. 'He who pays the piper' etc.

From that, you can draw many conclusions about the BoD's agenda, some of which may even be right !

Soul, if YJ don't think they are getting the information from the Bod they require to do the job properly they should resign. That would raise questions for the BoD to answer.

YJ are suffering reputationally as a result of what they are doing here.

SP Angel today on Copper;
Copper climbs past $9,000/t as traders’ optimism over China improves and stocks remain low
Copper rallied again, climbing to c.$9,100/t for the first time since June, before giving back some gains.
The move came as base metals across the board rallied on sustained optimism over the triple combination of:
China’s reopening from Covid, fresh rounds of stimulus measures from Beijing and bets on cooler rate hikes from Jerome Powell’s Federal Reserve.
Global copper inventories remain near 15-year lows, although these have climbed slightly higher in recent weeks.
Copper’s major move higher comes despite futures remaining in contango and the Yanghsan copper cathode premium has fallen over 70% in the past 3 months, highlighting relative supply buoyancy in domestic China.
Low inventory combined with power cuts to Zambian copper miners and some potential index reweighting are serving to lift prices with short sellers being lifted out of the market.
Lower US inflation rates also the market view of a slowdown in US interest rate rises avoiding a hard landing for the US economy, supporting growth and stimulating global copper demand.

Yea get that but been a difficult time all round . I'm not making excuses as I believe the board needs to improve communication sack Panmure Gordon etc etc . However I try and look through the periphery no matter how difficult it gets ha ha

#AAU still no assay results from Salinbas, despite drilling for 14 months. Plenty of info on drill meters though. Difficult to believe there aren't any assay results available which should be RNS'd given the meters drilled and the extended period of drilling.

Shortarm, this board won't drive up the share price as it has little impact on volume, which is down 70% over the last 2 years. It is the BoD's responsibility to engage with investors/new investors and they appear to have delegated that responsibility to YJ who are less than useless at it.

RNS releases with substantive information will move volumes and the share price. Those are sorely lacking and are solely the responsibility of the BoD.
