Share bonuses and options due to management (including directors) and staff as detailed in the announcement of 21 December 2017 have been finalised. Further to that announcement and to provide additional clarity, the Company confirms that presently it has no intention of issuing further options to management or staff until the current award period has expired (1 January 2023), other than in the event of exceptional
circumstances.

This new issue date of 1 January 2023 ties in with "the current award period has expired (1 January 2023)".

Grant of Share Options

64,000,000 new 5 year options (6.08% of the ISC) vesting from 1 January 2018 over three years at 1.55 pence per share.

I think the accounts are wrong in saying Dec 2023 as that would be 6 years and any exercise beyond December 2022 should be invalid.

Re options whatever is left are exercisable until 31 December 2023 (per the 2021 statutory accounts).

Just to point it out again - last year I did a mathematical correlation on the price of gold against Ariana's share price and it was minimal (about 20% of the movement in share price could be attributed to a change in the gold price).

Of course a higher gold price will help Ariana's bottom line but that's a different subject, and a much longer time lag.

I don’t think they all lapsed as 1.5m additional shares were allocated in November, so I expect these were MDV’s final ones from the 17m ?

Directors must be in a closed period by now if they are looking to release news prior to year end.

By my calculation mdv has 1.5m options left and WP has 2m.

looking down my (limited) list of goldies, Ariana the only red. And gold having finally broken through the 1810-20 resistance! Lets hope catchup tomorrow guys.

Options dated 1/1/18 (5 year) have now lapsed, unless I missed an extension somewhere.

If so it will lower the share price and 30 day average used to calculate new options prices, so I hope not as
it would look soooo bad.

Looks that way and I'm not in any hurry, just so long as the share price at least doubles in the next two years I'll be happy! I hope the same for AYM too(imho dyor etc) I'm off.

Oh yes bodgit nothing happens fast or in a timely fashion here unless it is options.
If Kerim ever actually gives a timeline on 'anything' be prepared to add at least 50-100% to it 😏

450k sold on the other exchange..... The modest purchase of 20k on AQSE was mine. I may have misunderstood earlier postings here but I thought we were promised an update on all the AAU projects by the of 2022. Have we had any updates beyond the Asgard investments? Gla.
