10/3/2022 14:21 | Once again we see a gold company valued at less once it is in production than when it was mainly in the development phase. On top of that, when we finally get a big increase in the spot PoG it merely stagnates.I will not be reinvesting the dividend back into AAU (at least initially) only because the general drop in the market due to Ukraine and pre-existing underlying inflationary trends are throwing up opportunities elsewhere.trendscond | backmarker
10/3/2022 13:38 | Happy to hold, won't be re investing dividend, was expecting some second mine construction news and Venus IPO by now......Someone should have provided some realistic updates. Share price will continue to stagnate until there is some transparency. | rjwoodrjwood
10/3/2022 11:51 | I'm just happy to get a good dividend, not intending to sell any so very happy to hold. | paul280i
10/3/2022 11:50 | They will, be just a question of when. Appreciate your timeframe JAF. | bigglesbingham
10/3/2022 10:45 | Cheaper the better until after the dividend buddy! Unless people want out? | shortarm
10/3/2022 10:41 | So am I. I just can't see them being reflected in the share price. | jaf1948
10/3/2022 10:36 | JAF, I am still very optomistic about the Company's prospects. | paul280i
10/3/2022 10:11 | There you are Shortarm fill your boots up it's just got cheaper again :-/ | soulsauce
10/3/2022 09:54 | I first bought in September through o November 2010 at an average of 4.1pI also bought a load under a penny in 2014 to Jan 2016.... | shortarm
10/3/2022 09:37 | Ah, that's why all the vitriol? | shortarm
10/3/2022 09:34 | The share price when I first bought in in 2007 or so was 7.7p, not a good investment at all, with all the patience in the world. | zangdook
10/3/2022 09:27 | Paul280i,Yes, there was good reason to be optimistic about the company then and people bought into the prospects. Now, we have the deals, we have the cash, and with no guidance from the company, we have an apathetic share price. Where is the incentive to buy or even hold ? | jaf1948
10/3/2022 09:19 | JAF, the share price on 25th March 2020 was 2.49p, not such a bad investment if you have patience. | paul280i
10/3/2022 09:17 | Apologies - I of course meant second part not third part. | jaf1948
10/3/2022 09:16 | Third part will be in September, by then we will be on our way to a 2nd and third gold mine and a mega low capex copper mine in a new jurisdiction! | shortarm
10/3/2022 09:10 | The third part of the 'special' dividend will be paid on March 25th. The share price on March 25th 2021 was 4.7p, the three dividends come to 0.525p and the current mid share price is 3.85p. Does that look like a great investment ? | jaf1948
10/3/2022 08:51 | 23k for me this time - of which 12 will be going back in to Ariana. Meaning more special dividend next time and more dividends once they start... | shortarm
10/3/2022 08:33 | Shortarm- thanks for the reminder, with all that's going on these last couple of weeks I nearly forgot about that! ;) Now what to do with nearly 20k hmmmm. | renniks2016
10/3/2022 08:12 | 15 days until I get a significant dividend into my three accounts... Well, fifteen days plus the two weeks Barclays need to clear it lol! | shortarm
10/3/2022 07:18 | Charles what DP said. | soulsauce
09/3/2022 22:35 | Why would he want the share price higher? Err, because of his statutory duty to act in the best interests of the company and its shareholders? | donald pond
09/3/2022 22:16 | Soul - at risk of repeating myself here but why would Kerim want the share price higher? The company has a lovely producing asset with a seemingly elastic mine life that just keeps giving, plus loads of cash and doesn't need to raise in the market. The bod have their options and if they want more money they can issue more and a dividend every couple of years to keep the wolves from the door. With Kerim at the helm this is a well-run, safe company. He doesn't care what the share price is, why on earth should he? It's irrelevant to him. We're not going to make a fortune but neither will we lose. With all of the assets under development I feel comfortable and any one of them could send the price soaring. Take the nickel in Oz for example, or Salinas. | charles clore
09/3/2022 19:21 | Could we not go after a nice producing asset, use a chuck of cash and some nice institutional money to help it along?! That would change the game here... | lottsgold
09/3/2022 18:10 | Of course the other way is for PG to do their job and get some institutional interest but we all know that was a fanciful Kerim statement as well. | soulsauce |
