donald, was just about to say something similar and is 12.5% spread, enough to put any investor and especially traders, well off it. News is good but if you want people to buy in, then you need something a bit closer than 1/2p on a 4p share before they'll even look at it never mind, invest in it.

If I had one criticism today it would be the communication again.
The company could have been tweeting a lot more about much of the news in the RNS today, especially with how the plant has been operating and trucking of high grade ore.

Great rns slowly slowly to catch a monkey. Feel very comfortable here. Over the years I've always invested by looking at fundamentals and increased my holding accordingly when those fundamentals have improved. Well they have consistently improved and I've consistently added. Yes there has been one or two long termers who l believe have been selling over last six months (some won't agree it's primarily the same sellers but patterns tell me it is) but this has resulted in a shareprice which doesn't reflect the corporate value but boy does it give an excellent buying price.

Never mind our forthcoming ipo. And a divi to boot.

Lots to keep this moving forward. I hesitate to say this but I don’t think this has ever looked cheaper.

Yes the figures start to look a lot more promising when producing back in the mid 20000s. We could be pulling 6-7million in dividends with Tavsan to add a similar amount. Then Apliki as a cherry on top.

Excellent RNS.

The forecast for this year should be well up given the new plant operation and starting trucking high grade from Kepez. Could be 23-25,000 oz.

20737 gold ounces for the full year, we were under 8000 for H1 so a 50% increase in production in 2nd half with more to come no doubt from the Kepez ore and higher throughput rates.

2021 PRODUCTION RESULTS AND GENERAL UPDATE

Not often a company uses the word 'fantastic '.

"With value upside evident across all arms of the Company, 2022 is set to be a
fantastic year for Ariana."

Other Developments:

· Up to three diamond drilling rigs have been employed at Tavsan during
the winter to satisfy the requirements of a revised mineral resource estimate,
with construction of the mine expected to commence later in 2022.

· A single diamond drilling rig is continuing work at Salinbas, with
other environmental, community and permitting activities proceeding across the
project as a whole.

· Venus Minerals, of which Ariana owns 50%, completed its drilling
programmes in Cyprus during 2021 and has been completing mineral resource
estimates for the Magellan and Apliki Projects, prior to the commencement of a
planned IPO in London.

· Western Tethyan Resources, of which Ariana owns 75%, currently has
300km(2) of licences under application in Kosovo and is actively exploring and
identifying new opportunities across Eastern Europe.

· The Company is developing investment interests in discovery-stage
opportunities across the Eastern Hemisphere through the Asgard Metals Fund,
with two initial investments made during 2021 and with several other
investments currently being investigated for 2022.

Great post that and you are so right. It has been a long tortuous road and we are still only at 4p after all that time.
Wouldn't it be nice for just once if there was a piece of news that made our jaw drop and the share price to take off.

Soul, I've known you on advfn for a number of years but I have never seen you and we have never met. All I know is that you love Northern soul and are bald. I love Motown, Northern soul, am grey and receding. Over the years I have changed my view of AAU and I think you have too. We went through years of uncertainty and disappointment during the fundraising phase and have now emerged with a mine that keeps giving, no debt, a shedload in the bank and several prospective assets elsewhere. I used to think I would get quickly rich due to huge discoveries that would get sold to the majors. That never happened due to Kerim's conservative policies. Because of the dividend policy I have changed my perspective from get rich quick to get wealthy slowly.
