11/6/2020 17:08 | Ah sorry ADVFN symbols don't make it easy do they! | lottsgold
11/6/2020 16:12 | In the last Panmure Gordon Note, Tavsan was valued at $33,197,582. With 50% ownership to Ariana, that is $16,598,791 (£13,133,036) or value/sh($) of $1.21 (£0.96p). If we assume the producing margin will be $1700 (gold) - $600(AISC) = $1100 (£850) per oz. That means on production of 15,000 ozs p.a. nearly £13m EBITDA p.a. Makes their £13m valuation look a bit soft imo. Any thoughts? | plasybryn
11/6/2020 15:53 | Gold going mental. This could be our time... | pauliewonder
11/6/2020 15:49 | lotts $30m = £24m Thanks | thanksamillion
11/6/2020 15:42 | Kerim seems to do an interview with proactive quite frequently now following significant news, wonder if he'll do another of those. | kirbs4
11/6/2020 15:38 | I wonder if this will prompt Panmure Gordon to issue an updated Broker Note and revised share price target? Would seem reasonable. | plasybryn
11/6/2020 15:28 | Is it reasonable to assume that the better this gets the more we can expect the new partnership to proceed? I'd be amazed if it didn't, unless the new partner is unable to fulfill. It's taken a long time, it has been divisive, but I'm looking forward to the finer details when they emerge. But AAU simply must have a strong hand in the negotiations. | dixi
11/6/2020 14:44 | The other great aspect imo is that all work todate has been self funded. New Mineral Resource estimate plus the pre feasibility study completed and the EIA & Full feasibility study well on the way to completion, must mean a fair bit off the earlier Scoping Study Capex estimates of circa $20m. I'm guessing but I believe a F.S. & E.I.A can cost anything in the region of £3m. The Resource work with Tetra Tech Co. involvement must have been another couple of million? Anyone know better? | plasybryn
11/6/2020 14:34 | So we now have 253,000 ozs of Gold up from 168,900 ozs) and 723,000 ozs of silver meaning an 8.5 year mine life ( 253,000 divided by 30,000 ozs per annum). Great to see the resource is further de-risked with 77% now in Measured and Indicated. And of course there is another JORC exploration target of up to 9m tonnes. How many ozs would that add to the 253,000 ozs? Anyone know. Obviously it looks like Tavsan is going to have at least a 10 year life. | plasybryn
11/6/2020 14:22 | Consolidation will obviously play a part in the interim. | crossfirecssf
11/6/2020 14:20 | Jeez.... not more bad news. :o) Gold will soon sling-shot out of its massive 8-year complex inverted head-and-shoulders pattern, or cup and handle (whatever, it's a bullish continuation pattern of historic reliability), giving a target of roughly $2,550 over the coming year or two (very probably sooner). In the same way that the $1330 call went to $1660 and now beyond, this too will come to pass. Wagers taken for those that feel I'm being premature again. ;o) | crossfirecssf
11/6/2020 13:44 | I think we get 30mil cash? With that and say 11mil in free cash flow off of the two operating mines at our 23.5% and a free carry to production an Salinbas I think I would be happy. Also any exploration cost into the JV at 3x costs that could be a lot of cash if we prove Salibas to be a multimillion deposit. | lottsgold
11/6/2020 13:25 | On the assumption/hope that the potential partner has become aware of todays new Tavsan Jorc this morning the same as AAU shareholders....this may explain the odd RNS timing... perhaps the negotiations have now been re-opened...who knows. If so can we expect another delay? | thanksamillion
11/6/2020 13:09 | Which may suggest we are trading away £7m pa profit from Tavsan alone in the coming deal which returns us immediate £25m cash. Not knocking the deal as we need to view it in the round, but this is a significant amount. | thanksamillion
11/6/2020 12:54 | Yes I think so? Going by previous presentations.Correc | lottsgold

11/6/2020 12:30 | 1candc11 Jun '20 - 11:59 - 22272 of 22274 0 0 0 Good to hear, but 6p? I hope to have the will power not to sell until 16p and even then not all of them, knowing me that's a big ask of my resolution but that's the plan of this dreamer I have a core holding of just over 3m shares that I am keeping for the long term, which I envisage being in excess of 15p. However I also have 120k in trading stock that I was aiming to sell at 6p. Nothing to worry about I am a long term holder here. | charles clore
11/6/2020 12:28 | Just had a look back and costs are great 630dollars per oz. 30,000 per year (15,000 to ya currently) up to 10 years LOM is a possibility. Current market cap 42mil. Wish I could take some more! | lottsgold
11/6/2020 12:05 | Yes quite a lot of shares have been put into stronger hands over the last few weeks certainly puts us in a stronger position for next leg up on the MOU all being well. I can't see the MOU not going through after the amount of time spent on the due diligence and legal. Looking at a totally different company value with 2 mines and the strong partner in Turkey, if they are as big as we are led to believe the doors they could open will be huge for us. | lottsgold
11/6/2020 12:04 | Todays news should add $60 million to the bottom line. That tells you how undervalued we are. | 8rad |
